The crystal clear water in front of the house is calm and generally shallow - perfect for kids.

Bedroom 1 upstairs: Queen bed with ensuite bathroom and separate toilet, reverse cycle air conditioner.

Bedroom 2 upstairs: 2 x king single beds - can be pushed together to make king bed, ensuite bathroom, reverse cycle air conditioner.

Bedroom 3 downstairs: 2 x single beds - can be pushed together to make queen bed.

Bedroom 4 downstairs: 2 x bunk beds (sleeps 4 kids or 2 kids & 2 adults).

Built in robes in all bedrooms.

Open plan kitchen / living / dining room with reverse cycle air conditioning.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, 2 full size fridges, pantry, Nespresso machine, toasted sandwich maker, Mixmaster, blender, food processor.

Upstairs lounge/dining room: Dining table seats 8 - 10, comfortable couches, wood fire, 55 inch Smart TV (free Netflix and other streaming services)

Downstairs lounge room: Couch, 50 inch Smart TV

Bathroom/laundry downstairs with separate toilet.

Washing machine, dryer and clothes line.

Linen (sheets, pillowcases and bath towels): BYO or available at additional cost (quote on request). (Note: beach towels not included). Doonas and pillows provided.

Minimum stays

A minimum of 5 nights stay is required during High Season.

A minimum of 2 nights stay is required at all other times.
