Be rest assured that this condo is cleaned before each guest arrives according to CDC guidelines utilizing a 2 part cleaning process and paying careful attention to high touch areas such as but not limited to, light switches, all flat surfaces, door knobs, faucets and toilet handles. All linens laundered before guests arrive on a "deep clean and sanitize" laundry cycle. Spare clean linens are stored in Plastic. I am recommending that renters remove their shoes when in the condo as to not bring dirt into condo and leaving a supply of cleaning and disinfecting products for use while staying in the unit.

Check in to condo is contactless with a keypad providing you with peace of mind when you check in. The unit has an outside entrance up a short flight of stairs.
