Welcome to Palisades. This spectacular home sits directly on Unicorn Cay Beach, a mile-long stretch of pink sand on the prestigious Banks Road of Governors Harbour, the prime location on Eleuthera. Famous Tippy's restaurant is a 5-minute walk down the beach. The town of Governors Harbour, with restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and banks, is less than 5 minutes away by car. Unicorn Cay is usually deserted, so don't be surprised if you have this mile of pink sand entirely to yourself.

Palisades' grand bay windows provide a 50-mile, 180-degree view of the turquoise ocean and pink sands below. These hurricane proof glass windows are engineered to withstand up to 200 mph of direct wind. The glass has a special tint to help keep the house cool. Right outside of these windows, you will find yourself standing on a cascading deck that spans three levels and 60 feet onto the sands of Unicorn Cay Beach.

This luxury home features all natural stone throughout, including marble, travertine, granite, and river rocks. With 3200 square feet of interior living area, Palisades offers plenty of space for large groups to spread out, including game rooms with pool and foosball.

Enjoy our spectacular new oceanfront infinity pool with stunning ocean views. The pool can be heated at your option for $500/week.

Downstairs rooms:

The Great Room
Enjoy the expansive, modern Great Room luxuriously decorated in a contemporary style. The room features 26 feet of cathedral ceiling with windows that showcase the Bahamian waters and clear skies. Sit back and watch your favorite movies in high definition Blu-Ray and DVD.

The Dining Room
The dining room consists of a beautiful hand-carved dining table seating eight.
Nearby, bay windows with comfortable seats allow a breathtaking view of the pink sand beaches.

The Kitchen
This spacious kitchen includes a huge island, exotic granite countertops, and state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee from our coffee maker.

The Master Bedroom
This bedroom has a king and en-suite master bath. Walk into the tropical bedroom and glance over at the breathtaking beach view right beside you. Walk out to the balcony and enjoy the morning sun and feel the breeze.

The Master Bathroom
This classic bathroom includes a toilet, 2 sinks and a quality glass shower. A spacious closet is provided to store your belongings.

Guest Bedroom 1
Step into a gorgeous little room for two and relax. The bedroom includes a queen sized bed, next to an oversized full bathroom, and a balcony.

The Kids Bedroom
This colorful room is especially designed for kids of all ages to enjoy a fun place to hang out after hours in the sun. The room includes 2 sets of bunk beds and a pull-out bed to sleep at least 5 guests, (a large full bathroom is shared with Guest Bedroom 1).

Powder Room
A half bath is located between the kitchen and the main living room.

Upstairs rooms:

Guest Bedroom 2
This room is located on the second floor of the house including a balcony with a stunning view. It includes a queen bed and a bathroom right next door.

The Family Room
The family room offers comfort and entertainment to visitors with its contemporary theme and style. Play a game of foosball or enjoy a movie on the flat screen.

The Billiard Room
Sit down and relax at the Billiard Room or enjoy a fun game of pool after a long day at the beach.

The Loft
Palisades also has a loft that can sleep 4 more guests on our available inflatable mattresses. The area is furnished with a living room set and a flat screen satellite TV.

Amenities include AC throughout, Starlink super-fast internet, back-up generator, filtered water, 2 flat screen TVs with cable TV, pool table, foosball, ping pong, washer/dryer, 2 palapas on the beach, 3 kayaks, many beach chairs and towels, and 2 extra inflatable beds.

Rates are for the first 7 guests. For each additional guest add $75/night.
