Happy House - Pet Friendly - 5 Min Walk to Beach
Escape to classic beach-house charm in beautiful Jervis Bay — just a 5-minute stroll to Callala Beach. Sunny, breezy living spaces and a generous covered rear patio make this an easy, relaxed spot for mornings with coffee or slow evenings around the BBQ. The house backs onto a bushland reserve, so you’ll enjoy birdlife, a private leafy outlook and a real sense of calm.
Pets are welcome — bring your dogs and let them enjoy the enclosed yard and nearby beach walks.
Inside, an L-shaped lounge and dining layout centres on comfort and simple living: ceiling fans keep things cool in summer and a gas heater adds warmth in winter. The living room features a brand-new LG 55-inch Cinema Series Oled smart TV with complimentary access to Netflix, Stan and Amazon Prime, plus a DVD player with a large selection of DVDs for movie nights. The well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, and there’s an owner’s pantry of basic items you’re welcome to use (please replace if you empty anything).
The bathroom has been recently renovated and features a jetted spa bath with a large window opening onto the backyard — perfect for a soak with a book and a glass of wine. Practical extras include a laundry with washing machine, dryer and an extra toilet, outdoor seating for six under the large covered patio, an outdoor shower and gas BBQ, a trampoline for the kids, and off-street parking for two cars. The home sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms. No linen or towels are provided. Linen is not provided. Linen and towels will be available for bookings from mid-October.
Important Information
We supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
The total price stated includes a credit card fee. Please note that in the event of cancellation, the credit card fee will not be refunded.
Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
