Studios On 25th by BCA Furnished Apartments offers "Cool Classic" & "Chic Premium" Studio Apartments - 20 modern and classically renovated furnished apartments designed for short visits or extended stays with weekly cleaning service located in the most convenient Buckhead/Midtown Atlanta neighborhood, 1 block off Peachtree Street.

Your studio is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $35.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Loved this studio and location

I loved this little studio apartment — the owners/managers have been very intentional on what is needed, the layout of the space and very professional communications etc. The neighborhood is full of folks walking their dogs and I felt very comfortable getting up and strolling through the streets. Also, handy to be able to walk up to restaurants that are nearby. And, having a light on in the studio when I entered made it very welcoming. Also was a very quiet location even though it is so close to Peachtree Street.

Perfect Space

The studio was the perfect size with all the amenities I needed for the week. The property manager was accommodating in changing my dates after reservation which I appreciate very much. Very quiet and I slept great every night. I would recommend this place to my friends and family visiting Atlanta.

Comfortable in Midtown

This apartment was in a fantastic location with enough residential quiet to be relaxing but close enough to Midtown to access the city. The queer friendly flag out front signifies that this would be a welcoming place to stay and it certainly was. My only suggestion is that the parking is very limited and cramped in the upper deck. Not much to be done about it, but on busy nights angling into certain spots with my rental car was a little challenging. The other thing was that my power strip was very loose and chargers routinely just fell out of it. Ultimately minor issues. The overall stay was lovely! Quick stay

First off I'd like to say that this was a very pleasant stay. It was updated for the most part. The bathroom not having a fan, only having two towels/rags and the title floor are about the only touch ups I would suggest. Also maybe a complimentary $10 car wash just because of the sap from the trees. Overall a great stay, would definitely recommend. Team BCA response: Thanks so much for your feedback, Tiffany! Funky studio - love the tiling

This is such a cute and funky studio. We had breakfast and dinner "in" every day and took lunch out as well so we saved heaps. We had an issue with a leak in the bathroom but the communication was swift and professional. The laundry was a great facility. Thank you BCA. On screaming tenants

Overall I had a positive impression, there clearly went a lot of effort into making Studio 7 a nice place to stay. My only issue was that I felt that the mechanisms of enforcement for the noise policy were slightly underwhelming, but as a property manager, I also recognize the limitations inherent to such things. Staff were kind, prompt, and professional, quarters were comfortable, utilities were functional. So overall I'm pleased. Team BCA Response: Thank you for your understanding and patience. Noise complaints are always taken seriously, and we investigate all matters brought to our attention. Thank you for all your communication regarding your situation and stay. We are happy to know that overall you were satisfied with your stay and enjoyed all our offerings.
