Studios On 25th by BCA Furnished Apartments offers "Cool Classic" & "Chic Premium" Studio Apartments - 20 modern and classically renovated furnished apartments designed for short visits or extended stays with weekly cleaning service located in the most convenient Buckhead/Midtown Atlanta neighborhood, 1 block off Peachtree Street.

Your studio is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $35.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Great location, clean, and comfortable

The place was well-equipped. The instructions for check in and out were clear. The location was great. I really appreciated how clean it was. It's really ideal for folks who are in town for a short stay and want a place where they can do some light cooking and relax. We had a little trouble with some of the Roku apps—that's my only suggestion for improvement: to make sure the instructions for use of the tv are clear and the apps are functioning.

Great little place!

A very nice little efficiency apartment! We traveled with our dog and the greenspace across the street was great for her. I bought Lysol and bug spray with me because I am cautious like that, and didn't feel I needed to use either! Well done BCA! Well done! My favorite place to stay in Atlanta

BCA apartments on 25th or so convenient. When I arrive, everything I need is ready. The location is very convenient. And the layout and furnishings are just right. Goldilocks would say so too. Amazing Neighborhood and Completely Quiet

very clean apartment and in a Dreamland neighborhood. Everything needed for the kitchen was provided. The excessive signage and digitally posted rules about taking items or behaving decently seemed over the top and made me worry I would do something wrong and be charged. Great Apartment if you are there for business

First of All, I had a very pleasant stay at the BCA Apartment on 45 25th NW. The apartment has a great location, very quite, it was clean and well taken care of, everything worked well and the instructions and guides left in the apartment helped alot. I liked, that a parking space Was included as I had to drive eveyday to work. What bothered me: The AC is very loud and cannot Kette runing through the night. I couldn't sleep with this thing on. Same goes for the dehumidifier. There is lamp right infront the entrance doof which is on ALL THE TIME And cannot be turned off eventhough the instructions sayed as much. The samll Blinds over the door do not help at all. For me it was way to Bright in the room during the night because of this and i needed to sleep with a blindfold. Also the fridge was buzzing loudly and made strenge Nonsens every now and then. I woke up from time to time because of that. Lastly what bothered me the most: The whole check in. I did not receive my check in information until hours before I arrived. This was a company booking and it was so complicated with the apartment being booked by someone Else but me and you have to use the exakt forms for veryfication. For a Business booking way to complicated. An Option of " i booked this for apotheke person" was given but in the end I had to film out the Form myself anyway. Why even providing such an Option when it doesn't work out in the end?
