Beautiful farm between the beach and the Atlantic Forest

Beautiful and cozy vacation home on the beautiful Mozambique beach in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina.
The property is fully walled, in an area of over two thousand square meters, which allows exclusivity in the use of the infrastructure of the house.
The main house (front house) is complete with 2 bedrooms (one en suite), one bedroom with two bunk beds. There is a second full bathroom, guest toilet, laundry room, living and dining area integrated into the fully equipped kitchen. In this house behaves well around 6 people.
The kitnet attached to the games room has a suite with a double bed plus a bunk bed in the bedroom. In the living room we have a sofa bed and ample space, which can hold around 6 people.
Another kitnet has two bunk beds and a sofa bed. The bathroom is also exclusive and can hold well around 6 people.
In the games room there is a pool table, foosball, chess and card. An exclusive toilet for the lounge and gourmet space (kitchen) with electric barbecue, fridge freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and very large kitchen, planned and equipped with various utensils.
In the outdoor area, we have a pool with waterfall, kiosk with barbecue and soccer field. Large parking area. Ideal for socializing events between family and friends.
The house / ranch is in a dead end road, but with access by ecological trail to the beautiful beach of Mozambique, ideal for surfing.
Holds up to 18 people (maximum)

OPERATING POLICY:
We accept bookings exclusively for season of at least 5 nights.
Events that exceed 22 hours are not allowed.
