Sunrise Waters is positioned on the waterfront with breathtaking 180 degree panoramic ocean views that are enjoyed from both inside and outside the home. When you enter the property you will notice how it fans out towards the ocean and opens up into a generous area that accommodates the kitchen, family, dining and a comfy, casual sitting area that is the perfect spot for relaxing and watching the lapping water, passing yachts and boats, Sunrise Waters even offers Wifi.

The contemporary and functional kitchen is well appointed with streamline fixtures, fittings and appliances. The master bedroom comes complete with ensuite and has been designed to give access to the balcony so you can capture the sea breeze and the stunning ocean view.

The toilet is conveniently separate from the main bathroom and has its own hand basin allowing dual use of the space, the main bathroom comes with a bath , shower and vanity. Concertina doors disguise a laundry space in the entrance hallway and a protective courtyard is a great retreat from the breezes and the summer heat. The property provides one secure undercover parking space.

Lovely view but disappointed.

Lovely place to stay , but very overpriced & overrated. Very dated & in need of upgrade. Beautiful view to bay side of soldiers point. Bay foreshore out front not good for swimming as more low tide then high &quite dirty, not as depicted in rental photos. For price charging per night, could have at least provided bed linen, towels toiletries & some kitchen basics (salt pepper coffee milk etc.) Oh & so many notes on walls & furniture requiring you to clean. I am on holiday & don’t need to do the cleaners job.

Hi Katrina We are glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful views of Soldiers Point from 'Sunrise Waters.' The rental price of the property is the market rate for a holiday rental property which is a four bedroom air conditioned duplex with WIFI, with direct access to the waterfront. The owner visits the property regularly and keeps the property well maintained. The photos advertising the property depicted it during high tide when we had no seaweed and hence can be a true representation of what it can look like. Unfortunately we cannot control high or low tide and the weather which may bring about more seaweed. The majority of holiday rentals do not have linen & towels provided as most guests prefer to bring their own or to hire it especially now in COVID times. Things like salt, pepper, coffee and milk are not provided at holiday rentals and this is stated in the information guests receive. The main reason for not leaving these items at holiday rentals is due to the fact it can encourage ants and cockroaches if the holiday rental doesn't get booked all the time. The notes on the walls regarding cleaning is that you are to leave the property in a tidy condition, with dishes washed and put away and any rubbish removed. We certainly do not expect you to clean the whole house as the cleaners come in after your departure. Thank you for taking the time to pass on your feedback. Beautiful location & home but a few issues.

The location is really beautiful, as you walk into the house the big windows make it feel like you are floating on the ocean. It was really nice to sit with a morning coffee watching the ocean. The home is large enough our family of 4 could all lay on the lounges & relax. Unfortunately their is no outdoor table & chairs as is shown on the photos so that was abit misleading...we hoped to eat our meals out on the deck but the deck is quite narrow & now just has lots of uncomfortable chairs in a row. The beach is perfect for kids with gentle low waves although keep an eye out for sharp oysters on the rocks. Short drive to lots of nice beaches & local activities too. Highly recommend dutchies beach, it was our favourite. A really beautiful home but unfortunately we had a few issues with the property itself, on arrival it was quite dirty. Within minutes all our feet were black from the floors & lots of sand that ends up in your bed...yes its a beach house so we expected some sand but it was still disappointing considering you pay extra for cleaning/service fees & it felt as though it hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped in months. The pillows & beds also had tears and stains on everything so although we paid extra for linen hire which covered that up once id made the beds it still felt abit uncomfortable. When booking we asked about noise as I read a previous review regarding noise issues from building, I was told the below apartment was finished being renovated & was empty but about to be listed....their is also a home being built next door. Unfortunately the new tenants down stairs had loud thumping music, drinking, singing & general loud door banging etc until 3 am for the first 4 nights of our week long stay which woke my baby constantly. The building noise next door wasn't an issue as it was within daylight hours. Overall its a great property & would probably stay again due to location & size of the home + being kid friendly. Just abit frustrating to have had some issues as otherwise it was a great little holiday.

Beautiful Location!

What a beautiful location for a family holiday!! Outlook was stunning. Shops and attractions were close and easily accessible. Such a treat to wake up on the beach each morning. Downside was that there was no heads up about new house being built next door and renovation of duplex directly below. Construction crew and their music woke us quite early.

We want this to be our secret!

When we find a place we love we don’t usually like to share but I’m making an exception just once! If you are looking for a peaceful setting, room for a family to stretch out and somewhere that has a high level of comfort you can’t go past this home. The beds were comfy and plenty of room for the 6 of us to lay down on the lounge and watch movies on the huge TV. The dining area looking out onto the water makes you feel as if you are actually on the water! The kitchen has everything you’ll need and a sizeable pantry. The balcony has new black chairs and 2 tables perfect for eating cheese and enjoy a wine while watching the dolphins pass by and room to throw a frisbee at low tide or watch the crabs. With your car parked right at the door unpacking was a breeze. We honestly tried to find fault but the attention to detail and 4 bedrooms means there isn’t any! If you want space, quiet, modern appliances, good water pressure in your shower and the comfort of home you will love staying and will leave relaxed (or stay again which we will continue to do). Don’t take my word for it. Fall in love for yourself.
