Charming house surrounded by nature, with two bedrooms, a full bathroom with gas water heating, a guest toilet, living room with fireplace, full kitchen and pantry.

Quiet street (no exit), next to Av. Main of Monte Verde with easy access to shops and restaurants.
Private garage and free WI-FI.

Located in prime area of ​​Monte Verde, very safe and with excellent location - 5 minutes walk from Av. Main.

Casa Gavião is located in an area of ​​10. 500m2 of Pousada Águia da Montanha and guests can enjoy this wonderful green area.
Our guests will have access to Casa Gavião, the gardens and common spaces of Pousada Águia da Montanha and if you choose to have breakfast at the Pousada (cost aside), you can also access the Coffee Lounge.

Small pets are welcome and for this you will be charged a one-time pet cleaning fee.

We leave our guests at ease, but we are at your disposal to help them with what they need during the whole stay!

A casa fica afastada do centro mas não muito. Quem quiser pode ir até andando. Bem equipada,sem avarias aparentes. Além do espelho já citado, acrescento a necessidade de mudança dos pontos de tomada,já que são de duas entradas. De resto Flávio e Sissi bastante atenciosos!

Ótima localização. Fomos a pé para o centro turístico (500m). Cozinha bem equipada (panelas de teflon precisão ser trocadas). Quartos limpos e camas com ótimos colchões. Banheiros limpos e em ótimo estado. Chuveiro com aquecimento a gás muito bom. Mero detalhe para mim, mas as meninas fazem uma observação quanto a falta de um espelho grande para a prova das roupas. Já somos frequentadores desta belíssima cidade a mais de 20 anos, sempre em pousadas. Achei vantajoso esta casa fazer parte e ser gerida por um complexo de uma pousada, é perceptível o cuidado com os detalhes. Parabéns a Sissi e Flávio.
