Luxury Waterfront House in North Bethany

Beautiful home is in gorgeous gated waterfront community on the Indian River Inlet. The custom designed house is 4 stories tall with wide water views from almost every room!
Ground Floor
Large driveway allows for parking of up to 6 cars. Entrance on the ground floor open to mudroom that is equipped with ice machine (great for fishing fans or beer coolers!) An elevator access allows for fast unloading of your luggage and supplies, and helps those who prefer to take less stairs.
Second Floor
A gorgeous two story view of the Indian River Bay greets you every time your enter the main hallway. An open floor plan includes large family room, kitchen, and dining area. A large TV can be viewed from giant sectional seating area. A separate media room allows kids to have their own space, and has another large TV with surround sound, Playstation 3, big sectional coach, and its own full bath. There is more! A game room hosts a Foosball table, beer and wine refrigerators, and bar ware. The laundry room includes full size washer and dryer. A powder room is also on the second floor.
Third Floor
The third floor has 4 large bedrooms. 3 bedrooms have queen beds, one bedroom has two twins. Each bedroom has their own private balcony, own wall mounted TVs, and sitting areas. Two Jack and Jill bathrooms accompany the four bedrooms.
Fourth Floor
The fourth floor is a GIANT master suite. A king bed looks out to the Indian River Bay and includes a large private balcony. A large dressing area, massive bathroom, and additional sitting area are part of the master area.
Elevator
An elevator provides easy access between the floors.
Outside
The ground floor has an outside shower and large storage areas. The second floor has a wrap around deck to enjoy wide water views with private hot tub. A large gas grill provides easy dinner prep for the grill master of the family.
Community
Steps away is a community pool, and tennis court/pickleball court that are available to you. South Shore Marina offers weekly slip rentals for those who want to bring their boat. Family can walk to beach. Parking lot is also available at the beach as part of the State Park.

The property is very nice and is in a fantastic location. It's close to a lot of touristy spots but is quiet. House was very well equipped. Homeowner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

This place was great. There were 9 of us including 6 teens. Plenty of space for everyone. Each bedroom had its own balcony, which the kids loved. The elevator was a big plus for my mother-in-law. The view from the back of the house was beautiful. And only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful House in a beautiful setting.

The house is located on the edge of a state park with a beautiful marsh filled with birds, a very clean public beach located just across the highway. Centrally located between the Bethany Beach and Rehoboth Boardwalks, both a short drive away. Short drive from several very good seafood restaurants. the community is quiet and safe, with a nice little pool and tennis courts. The house is AMAZING, the top floor master suite is spacious with amazing views from the private deck. All 4 bedrooms have a balcony. Huge Kitchen, living room, media room, plenty of bathrooms(5) a wraparound deck with hot tub, plenty of room to gather, or have some privacy. Linda is an attentive host, and even put out some beach toys for our kids to use. We had a wonderful stay.

Fantastic property

Had a wonderful time at this great property. Had a bit of trouble with the fridge but with the capacity offered by the secondary refrigerators, it proved to be only a minor hitch. Plenty of private spaces to relax and unwind. This house is beautiful with water views from virtually every window, and there are lots to choose from. The owners and property mgrs. go the extra mile to ensure your stay will more than pleasurable. We look forward to returning !!

Fantastic House in Great Location

The house was gorgeous, with awesome water views from almost every room. The wraparound deck was fantastic, the elevator made unloading/packing super convenient, the layout was great, the home was tidy and clean, and there are nice touches everywhere you look. If I had any tiny complaint, it would be that the TV remote in the main room was very confusing, but that wasn't an issue.

Amazing views and location!!

Our family including parents and in-laws all enjoyed the amazing views from every balcony of this beautiful home. There is plenty of space and everything you need is available and very well organized. The location was perfect for driving onto the beach or for enjoying the state park beach and Big Chill restaurant a short walk. Would definitely recommend.

Why they chose this property

The house is gorgeous! The location is unique in that it is quiet with plenty of privacy, but very close to night life fun at Dewey Beach, close to fun shopping in Rehoboth Beach, and family fun of Bethany Beach.

What makes this property unique

The house offers lots of space for a large group to spread out, an elevator access to all four floors, and luxury to relax in grand style. A community pool and tennis court are steps away. A community marina allows you to bring your boat (additional fee required).
