A high-end architecturally designed home in the quieter part of Lorne, within walking distance of the beach. Perfectly suited for couples, the whole family or large groups (sleeps up to 10), this coastal property maximizes the awe-inspiring ocean views from each room, whilst maintaining its privacy in a bush setting. Featuring high-end facilities and luxurious interiors designed to blend with and complement the natural surrounds, you will not be disappointed with this architectural masterpiece.

On entering the top level you pass through the entrance hall enveloped with ocean views and the surrounding gum trees, and are greeted by the inviting library/study complete with an open fireplace and further ocean views, offering a secluded and quiet getaway to read and relax.

Proceeding down the timber-sculptured staircase you are invited into the open plan dining/living area, kitchen, walk-in pantry, laundry, guest bathroom, bar area and the private master bedroom wing with its expansive walk-in wardrobe/dressing-room and stunning bathroom featuring an ocean view shower and double vanity. The kitchen comes complete with Miele appliances and everything needed for a gourmet retreat. The dining area has an indoor table for 8 and a breakfast bar for 2 with glass bi-fold doors opening directly onto the expansive deck where you can enjoy the complete indoor/outdoor experience. The deck has a discrete enclosed outdoor shower, a large hooded gas BBQ and a designer outdoor setting for up to 10 to dine while taking in the ocean views. The indoor living area has plush couches, a large smart TV/blue ray/Foxtel with a quality surround sound system that can be streamed throughout the house and a large open fireplace.

Now down to the lower level where there are two further bedrooms with large queen size beds, built in robes and a third bedroom with 2 king size bunks beds allowing 4 adults to sleep in comfort. A bathroom and separate powder room is also on this level. Here you will also find a large living area complete with its own couches, smart TV/blue ray, with access to a private balcony and further ocean and bush views, and a separate billiard room. The entire lower level can be closed off for added privacy.

With the ocean views, the central heating, air-conditioning and the open fireplace Vantage Point is perfect for a summer or winter luxury getaway.

Vantage Point has full baby facilities 2 x porta cots, one high chair and a baby bath. These are stored in the cupboard under the stairs on the lower level.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Wonderful place
We spent 3 nights in the accommodation. The house is very cozy with great views, it had everything that was needed for us to have a very relaxing and enjoyable time. We would definitely stay there again.

Great entertainers house, with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The main living room, lacks seating for all. Great views from lots of windows and decking.

Family staycation
The warmth the house provided and views of the home amazing. Details of lovely hand washers in all bathrooms, scented reeds, unusual hedgehog lamps, beautiful prints an added bonus. Pool table offered some breakout/fun time, generous bath towels a nice surprise. The couches however were a bit low to the ground & the heater in the lower ground queen room overlooking an outdoor space did not work. Parking the car was a nightmare for me (basically going in and out of property) so I had to get others to park my car. Overall the house is very nice, architectural elegance, not suitable for the elderly who struggle with stairs. Thankyou

Again and the best
3 families from melbourne and 1 from Perth, we have an amazing time in this beautiful ocean view property, everything we need was in the house, warm and cozy for winter, plenty of toys and games for our toddlers It a shame that the outdoor Gas Patio Heater was nearly run out of gas when we there, it last for 30’, so we can’t stay outdoor for winter, over all it perfect I really recommended this for anyone come to visit Melbourne and Great Ocean Road Pro: best view, floor to ceiling windows, central heating, full equipment kitchen and bar Cons: multiroom audio is abit tricky to use, need to have step by step instructions , we can only turn on the sound for living room All the best AAA+

Simply amazing
Photos online don’t actually do this justice. The facilities and various seperate zones were truely exceptional. The views took our breath away. Would certainly cater for two families without feeling crowded.
