Breathtakingly spacious four bedroom, 2 bathroom, double storey property with outstanding panoramic sea views from Lorne Pier to Airey's Inlet Lighthouse. Two large decks sunny and sheltered, featuring BBQ and outdoor furniture. Two large entertaining areas with quality furniture and fittings and soccer ball games table. Stepping across the road to the beach is the final compliment to this wonderful holiday home.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

The location and views were spot on. Easy walk to the street, hotel, restaurants. Beach is directly opposite. They catered extremely well for toddlers supplying gates to stairway, high chair. Only lacking thing would be shade on front deck, even though an umberalla was present on side deck. Definitely coming back

Love staying here. The views are amazing and the walk into town is only 5 mins. Clean and comfortable beds with plenty of space for 3 families. Highly recommend.

Excellent property

Once again we had a wonderful holiday. We love all the new furniture and carpet since our last stay. So convenient with the beach across the road, and the shops not too far away. Plenty of room with a lounge downstairs as well as upstairs. Love the view from the upstairs deck and the weather was kind to us most of the time, so we’re able to sit out and enjoy it.

My husband, 2 adult children & their spouses, 3 young grandchildren & I stayed here for three nights on the recent long weekend. There was plenty of room for us all. There were 2 living areas though we only used the upstairs one. Views were amazing with the beach across the road. It was only about a 10-15 min walk into town. The kitchen had everything we needed. It would be lovely sitting out on the deck on a balmy Summer night (as opposed to a cold June one!!) . Good heating. Clean & comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
