Only minutes from local cafes, shops, river and beach this holiday home will not disappoint. Refurbished with modern furnishings and fittings and with 5 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, this property boasts the perfect family beach break!
Rumpas room located on the second level, 5 bedrooms, main with King bed, second bedroom with a king and single bed. Bedroom 3 has 1 trio bunk,4 & 5 have 2 singles in each. Open plan well appointed kitchen, living and dining, Large deck for entertaining and BBQ.
Dishwasher, split system air conditioning, ceiling fans, washer and dryer. Electric wall heaters throughout. Combustion heater and plenty of firewood for those cold winter nights.
You will be able to leave the car at the property, walk to beach, supermarket and all the wonderful restaurants Lorne has to offer.
Bond and Booking fees payable on booking conformation.
Doonas and pillows are provided. All other linen must be supplied by tenant.

4 night minimum Easter long weekend
