About this property
Beachside On Melba - Anglesea
Its hard to beat the location of this traditional beach house. Situated just across from the popular Point Roadknight beach. The family will love being able to leave the car at home, with surfboards or boogie boards in hand pop across to the beach. Not only are you spoilt for location but there's also a fabulous spacious garden area for the family to compete in their favourite sport.
As you enter the property there is a seating area, then 2 bedrooms with tri-bunks and single beds are just around the corner.
There is also a bathroom with a shower downstairs as is the garage that has been converted into a games room. (NB: as of August 2023 there is no pool table at property, despite the photo has cues on the wall). The upstairs offers a quaint kitchen/dining and living area, 2 bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom. Sit and relax on the large surrounding deck and enjoy the glorious views to Point Roadknight. Beachside on Melba won't disappoint.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
We love professionally managing holiday homes and guest experiences and look forward to welcoming you to our backyard.
