I have a studio apt a block and a half from the Cape Fear River and located just steps away from all the shops and restaurants that Wilmington has to offer! Walk to the new Riverfront Amphitheater!!Fully stocked kitchen w brand new appliances. Cable TV and Wi-Fi. Secure building with laundry and a reserved parking spot is included. Beautiful white sand beaches are a short ride away! Walk out your front door and everything is at your disposal!!

Great, clean, updated full kitchen studio apartment in downtown Wilmington. Great for couples or small family. Location was awesome. You are in the heart of everything. Restaurants, shops, festivals right outside your door. Host Jack very quick to respond, insightful and helpful to your needs. Will definitely stay here again!

Quaint downtown convenience

It was a nice stay, very convenient to downtown and just what we needed for a quick weekend trip. There were a couple cleanliness issues, molded coffee pot filter left in the pot rendering it not usable and shower caddy was rusty but the host was pleasant and very responsive.

Soo Cozy!!!

This little place is all you need if you are looking to go to bed and wake up in the city! We loved how we could just pop in and out during our short trip. The farmers market was right outside our door and we could support small businesses around each corner. We talked about how comfortable the bed was on the ride home. Can’t wait to stay again.

In the middle of literally, everything.

If you want easy access to downtown Wilmington, this is the spot. Steps away from everything. There’s a great coffee shop 250 feet out the door… Place was clean and easy to find.

Great place in the Historic district. So convenient!

We really enjoyed our stay. It's not a big place, but perfect for my wife and me. Very convenient to the Riverwalk. Nice to have easy parking too. The host was great with communication about access, parking and everything.

Why they chose this property

I have friends in Wilmington and love the city so when the units became available it was a no brainer. We bought this property as a rental unit to give people the opportunity to be able to enjoy Wilmington and have the option of a full kitchen which hotels do not have as well as parking that is included.

What makes this property unique

The beauty of our unit is that you can park the car and not have to worry about getting behind the wheel of a car. You walk outside and everything is at your doorstep!
