This was a great place to stay to experience downtown Wilmington! Short walk to the main downtown area shops and restaurants and a beautiful view of the river and battleship off the back balcony. Also only 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. Couldn’t have been better.

Mother-daughter weekend

We loved our Wilmington mother-daughter weekend and the condo was perfect for what we needed! The location couldn’t be better, as we walked everywhere we visited. The condo was so clean and cozy and directions for the TV and checkout were clear and thorough. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Wilmington

Our condo was absolutely perfect! The view from the balcony was lovely early morning drinking coffee and the condo was located so we could venture out and enjoy downtown Wilmington. We will definitely come back!

Close to everything- tons of fun!

We really enjoyed staying at the condo, it is very well kept -the balcony is right over the street with all the activity - can see the ship from right there really a nice place. We will do it again. I had a great time.

We had a fantastic day at this condo. Parking was easy and the condo was close to everything. We walked all around downtown Wilmington. Communication with the property manager and owner was great.
