Wonderful stay

Great stay with a wonderful view of the river. The place was very clean, the furniture was comfortable and it was a perfect location for seeing downtown Wilmington.

Wilmington business trip

Used VRBO for 2 night business stay. Good location downtown but inflexible regarding early check in even though no one in the unit the patio night. Overall, this VRBO is what I expected.

Perfect location

We stayed here for a long weekend during St Patrick’s day festivities. It was the perfect location. Walkable and close to everything. Comfy bed and great view. My literal only critique would be better sheets. For an awesome bed like this, polyester sheets weren’t my favorite. Other than that, we loved everything!

Holiday Weekend to Wilmington

Before even arriving, I knew this was going to be a good property, just by the great communication from the property manager. The directions on how to access the property and the condo was very detailed and made check in easy. The condo was very clean and just as listed with a great view over the Cape Fear River, riverealk, and across the river from the USS North Carolina. The location of the condo was within walking distance of everything in historic downtown Wilmington. I would highly recommend this condo and property manager for anyone looking to stay in Wilmington.

Very convenient to food, bars and shopping. Nice view of river. Very comfortable bed and furniture. Air-conditioning and heating is a little loud, but we are an older couple light sleepers. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Wilmington River Walk

Convenient, cozy, clean, and comfortable. The condo was walking distance to all of our destinations. Just the right size unit for a couple. Very clean condo and neat neighborhood. Highly recommended for those with a desire for a beautiful view, convenient shopping and great dining. A definite "would book again".

Wonderful Wilmington

Our condo was absolutely perfect! The view from the balcony was lovely early morning drinking coffee and the condo was located so we could venture out and enjoy downtown Wilmington. We will definitely come back!

Comfortable, Clean, and Great Location!

This was a great place to stay to experience downtown Wilmington! Short walk to the main downtown area shops and restaurants and a beautiful view of the river and battleship off the back balcony. Also only 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. Couldn’t have been better.
