Pups and Pints is a charming, VERY DOGGIE FRIENDLY, 6th floor, 1 BEDROOM/1 BATH condo-apartment, with newly UPDATED INTERIORS in Spring 2026. Located on Wilmington's Famed Water Street, you are steps away from the Award Winning River Walk and many of the Historic Coastal Town's top restaurants and shops. Some of our favorites include Manna, Quanto Basta, Sugo Italian Steak House, The Fortunate Glass, Elijah's, and RumCow. The best part is they are all within walking distance of your stay! With parking either next to the building or in the 2nd St parking deck, you can leave your car and walk everywhere in the heart of downtown Wilmington.

Bring your doggie!! We never charge a Pet Fee or Pet Deposit for our Furr-Babies. However, please limit the number of doggies to one.
