Beautiful stay in great location of main shops and beach

Fantastic getaway for a family stay, really enjoyed being walking distance to beach and shops , would look to stay again

Perfect family getaway

The house is perfect for a family. We had a wonderful time! Lots of room and a Great location. Easy to access and check in. The only issues we had was the house was not clean. There were cobwebs everywhere the floor was filthy. Also there was a $50 fine if you used the bbq but didn’t clean it but they didn’t provide anything to clean it with. However. These are issues that can be easily fixed. Once they have been rectified the house is perfection!

You won’t be disappointed

THe photos don’t do Zahra Lodge justice. Pros: Modern kitchen and bathrooms, brand new amenities, in a quiet location away from the crowds. Despite the record breaking heat, the house remained cool, fans in the bedrooms were a clever touch as was the concrete floors to keep the heat low. Beds were comfy, addition of the trundle handy for small children. Ample space in the rooms to add a cot if needed. Kitchen well stocked with everything you could need. Cons: Bbq utensils missing Television signal kept cutting out Netflix couldn’t connect Febrezing pillows and doonas would be helpful Clean fresh Doona and pillow cases should be provided along with linen change.

Zahra Lodge....FAIL !

Arrived to check into Zahra Lodge on the 12th Jan 2019 for our 5 day annual holiday by the seaside. Words cannot fully express how upset and disappointed we were at the state of this accomodation. Towels were grubby and old, mattress in master bedroom has collapsed, all bed linen was not only ill fitting (ie no fitted sheet ) but was also smelly with long black hairs discovered throughout and had to be washed. Whilst the unit was clean, the kitchen had a fridge that shook rattled and buzzed all night. The dish cloth was grubby and had not been replaced from the previous guests. The main couch was extremely uncomfortable and the cushions were grubby. The photos are misleading as it is the bottom floor of a town house..with the back end of the unit bunker like. I certainly would NOT be recommending anybody fork out this much money a night to stay here. On a brighter note, the agents managing the property have been more than helpful in trying to assist and resolve our gripes with this property, but to no avail as the owner seems to have dismissed our complaints.
