Weekend holiday.

Great view and location

We had a group of us staying for a wedding 2mins away. The table tennis table downstairs was easily the true highlight for us. A beautiful spot to be as well, and most of all it was so much more affordable. Janice was truly amazing with her communication, and even kept in constant contact when I lost an item while staying there.

House was amazing. So cute like nan had just ducked out. Very comfortable amd views you couldnt walk away from.

We are a big family with 5 adult 'kids' and lots of grandchildren.
We love the house's proximity to everything and being able to walk to shops, restaurants, beach and playgrounds.
Winter is specially nice with a good book, ( or glass of wine)! amazing ocean views, whale watching, galleries and so many choices for coffee and eating out.
We love to be WARM in winter - heating in every room.

Why they chose this property

We were so lucky to find this property ! The way each of the attributes comes togather is a classic example of the sum being better than the parts. The very best of views and amazing location just above the delightful Swing Bridge Cafe just a 100m tumble downhill below us.

What makes this property unique

The very best part is driving in to unload in any weather - the covered and well lit carport is outside the kitchen door, and next to a second fridge - and ALL ON ONE LEVEL!

And then there are the views ....... you can sit and watch the waves and sea forever.
