Welcome to Argo, a spacious, stylish beach house with stunning ocean views, multiple living areas, basketball court, table tennis and an easy walk to the town or beach. Colonial style, two level, spacious, and boasting four bedrooms, Argo now also lays claim to 2 equally enjoyable living areas. Comfortably accommodating multiple families or a group of friends, the home is simple, warm and inviting.
Open plan kitchen & dining area boast mountain and ocean views as do lounge and bedrooms up top. The fourth bedroom, somewhat of a kids retreat, features a bunks and a couple of couches for hiding away from the grown ups. Argo is an easy walk to town and beach. Ample off street parking, environmentally friendly solar power, air conditioning, wood fire, Olympic size ping pong table, 1/4 Basketball Court, two bathrooms, powder room, spacious balcony with stunning ocean views are the final compliment to this brilliant property. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
