Incredibly well located, this neat little family beach cottage is perfect for an affordable beach escape. Comprising three bedrooms and two living areas across two stories, Vardon is exceptionally well presented and oozes relaxation. Only minutes walk to the beach via the Howard Street / Deans Marsh Road reserve and another 5 minutes on into the heart of town. Other features include ample off street parking, modern furnishings and linen, double bunk room, sofa bed in living room,private balcony area with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ. Quaint and full of character, Vardon is quite simply a great family retreat.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Catch the breeze
Good location on the hillside with short walk into town or to the beach...fairly strenuous walk back up the hill. View to the pier from the lounge and the deck is great. Comfortably appointed, clean and good kitchen equipment but lacks dishwasher which is not what we want when on holiday! Renovated this year to provide another room but still only one shared bathroom and no en-suite.

We loved the fit out, especially the kitchen equipment. Everything was super clean and not only was the BBQ clean, we had gas!
