In need of some TLC

Sadly as a host myself I did not realise that people still let premises without anything for guests. No towels, no sheets, the most basic of toiletries and nothing of comfort. We stayed in a different apartment in the same block with not only bath towels but beach towels, shampoo and body wash and everything for laundry and a comfortable stay. Was the barest minimum for guests and with very old and unloved interior we were let down. Time to update with how lettings are now competing for guests and freshen up the let.
