So disappointed! So filthy, needs a real deep clean
Hey! We loved the location, that was great. But the house was disgusting and filthy. It needs to be cleaned out before someone else hires it. Cupboards were filthy, rat poo all under couches, surfaces of all tables dirty and sticky, missing door handles for cupboards, cabinets over flowing, all kitchen ware was dirty so had to wash before use, toilets smelt like old wee, bedding was dirty, yellow stained and falling apart and thick dust throughout the house. Everything we used to clean was dirty itself, vacuum blocked and dust pan missing brush. We are easy going people and love a holiday house but this was beyond disappointing! We are honestly so upset about our stay and won’t be recommending. We flagged this with the front desk, they sent another cleaner there but it didn’t help, it needs like a deep clean. Don’t put anyone back in this house til it’s done, it’s honestly disgusting. Also I’ll be keeping my eye out, if this review is deleted I’ll be taking this further.

This house needs maintenance
The house has an overall neglected appearance: the dishwasher does not work, the stove-top worked haphazardly, the lace curtains were torn, the cracks in the ceiling about the chimney let in lots of water when it rained, the garden is not maintained, a bedroom ceiling fan did not work, a cupboard door handle broke off.
