A lovely wrap around deck welcomes to into this property. Once inside, you will find a large, open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room that has been updated and designed perfectly for your family. Partially separated from the rest of the room, the kitchen is packed full of extras including a dishwasher and microwave. In the lounge, there are multiple comfy couches as well as a TV with DVD player and Blu-ray. A wall-mounted reverse cycle air conditioner will keep you cool in summer and warm in winter.

Off of a central hallway, you will find all three bedrooms as well as the main bathroom and laundry. Of the bedrooms, one has a queen bed, the second has two single beds and the third has both a queen bed and a double bed. All bedrooms come with built-in robes, fans and TVs. The main bathroom has a shower, bath and toilet while, in the laundry, there is a washing machine, dryer and a separate second toilet.

Outside, the property is full fenced, with there being enough space in the front to park your car as well as a boat. At the rear of the property, a large grassed area provides plenty of space for the kids to play, while a paved alfresco area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink in the warm summer evenings. Please note that there is no barbeque at this property.

At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.
