YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Welcome to 'Cha Cha'. A family friendly And PET Friendly holiday home 300m to the Inlet Beach and an easy 1km walk to the town centre.
A cosy and comfortable holiday home with everything you will need to make your break in Inverloch as comfortable as possible.
Extras you will find: FREE WiFi, an APPLE TV With FREE NETFLIX, LCD TV with Amp and bluetooth, DVD player and movies, BBQ, stereo, table tennis table, board games and books, dog bowls and for those who enjoy a nice coffee, a Espresso Coffee Machine (Aldi)
We can't forget to mention the addition of a massive deck, and French doors opening out onto it, to enjoy those summer bbq's, plus a reverse cycle airconditioner inverter, to keep you cool during summer and warmer through those cooler months!

There is a fully enclosed backyard, to keep the kids of the human and furry varieties safe. Plenty of off street parking with a large single garage and high carport if you're into boating. Bedding (Pillows, doonas and covers) is included and if there is a baby in the family a cot (2) is also available, though you would need to supply own linen and bedding for this. 3 bedrooms consisting of-
Bed 1: 1 Queen
Bed 2: 1 Bunk, 1 single bed with trundle and 1 spare mattress.
Bed 3: 1 Double
There is one bathroom, with a separate shower and bath, and a separate toilet.

Linen (sheets and towels) can be supplied on REQUEST ONLY at an extra cost of $20.00 PER PERSON. However, due to laundering difficulties, linen is unavailable over the peak periods. Please ask if you are unsure.

Don't forget to bring the bikes. At the top end of Cuttriss Street, there is a BMX track all the kids will love, at the other end of Cuttriss, is a path which takes you into town and around towards the surf beach.
We also have a range of adult and children's bicycles hanging in the garage that you are free to use, so if you can't fit yours in, just bring your helmet.

It was a walk with doggies every morning and afternoon at the nearby dog beach , it was the comfortable beds and cleanliness and the lovely sunny weather that made this a great stay

Property was close to the beach and an easy walk into town. There was good fencing both for children and dogs. Dog beach was just at the end of the road. We enjoyed our week there very much. Host was easy to contact and answered any queries promptly.

Cha Cha - for families and pets

Our first trip away with puppy. The property was all was could have asked for. Very kid and pet friendly. Within walking distance from everything and equipped with w everything a family would need, especially for those non-beach days. Plenty of activities, games, movies to pass the time.

Wonderful Stay

What a wonderful place to share with our dog Cooper. The house is easy walking distance to the dog beach and is safe and secure for your dog when you need to leave them alone. We only slept in the main bedroom and the bed was super comfortable. The house has everything you could need for a family stay.
