About the home This spacious second level 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has access to shared heated pool & hot tub. The master bedroom has a king bed, private deck. The second bedroom has a tri-bunk. The third bedroom has a queen bed & private deck. Relax in front of the gas fireplace or BBQ after a day in the mountains. The unit also has in-suite washer/dryer.

Location The Sunpath complex features a superb location. Only a six-minute walk to the lifts, and also a short walk to the Whistler Conference Centre and all Village attractions. The Marketplace mall is located nearby and includes grocery and liquor stores.
Because of the location of this beautiful home, everything is within walking distance. In the winter time the Resort Municipality of Whistler and BC Transit are offering the free #4 bus from Marketplace to the base of Whistler Mountain - after a long day on the slope why not take the bus home?

Visitor parking available on first come, first serve basis inside the parkade gates, and is only available for 90 mins. ⌂ No smoking, no pets, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25. ⌂ Base occupancy is 6 adults and max occupancy is 7 adults. The 7th adult pays C$35 per night. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge. ⌂ This home only has one air conditioning unit located in the second bedroom (non-master). Portable fans are provided in all other bedrooms and the living area. ⌂ Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.

The condo worked well for our stay. It was as described in the pictures and was well stocked. The unit is quite dark inside on the main level due to the fact there is only one sliding door. It takes about 15 mins to walk to the gondolas in ski boots. There are a number of restaurants right across the street and it’s easy to get to the village in boots/shoes.

We loved this place for our family of four. It has great living space with well stocked kitchen, dining area and comfy living room complete with fireplace. The location is excellent close to the village with all its dining and shoppes.

Place was great, super comfortable and location was amazing.
We had a wonderful holiday here. The unit was clean and spacious and the location is great. It's close to the village yet very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.
