About this property

AMAROO by the beach

Amaroo is a wonderful three bedroom, three bathroom townhouse with two living areas designed to suit the needs of holiday guests. The living areas consist of a front room with flat screen TV & Wii Games suitable for kids or the young at heart.

Towards the rear of the property is the open plan living, kitchen, dining and alfresco outdoor area- all with absolute WOW factor. The ambience in the living room is enhanced with a contemporary gas pebble fire. Reverse cycle air conditioners are in the living areas as well as every bedroom. The look & feel here is slick & modern whilst still evoking a warm and cosy feeling.

The alfresco area is a master chefs haven with a plumbed in gas BBQ complete with extraction fan and timer controlled outdoor heating panels.

All three bedrooms are upstairs. The main boasts a king size bed, flat screen TV, Blu-ray and loads of wardrobe space. The immaculate ensuite has double shower. Bedroom two consists of 1 Queen with king sized doona and bedroom three has 1 trio (1 x Double on the bottom with 1 x Single above), plus 1 standard bunk (2 x singles), allowing the property to accept a total of 9 occupants. Please note that the bunks are ONLY suitable for children.

Amaroo is located near Swan Bay and is approximately 4km’s from Queenscliff’s town centre. Nearby attractions include the Bellarine Rail Trail, great for cycling and bike enthusiasts with the beach and milk bar only a short stroll away.

The as pebble fireplace is for ambience only, the reverse cycle air conditioners provide plenty of heating.

Queenscliff Easter getaway

Lovely townhouse. Nice neighbourhood. Secure backyard for dog. House was clean however cleaners must pay more attention to removing spiderwebs and cobwebs from inside walls. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful family home.

Beautiful new build situated between Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale. Great outdoor entertaining area although it was a little chilly during our stay to enjoy it (the undercover bbq was put to use though). Great gas fireplace to add to the atmosphere and warmth of a winter getaway. Large master bed with modern en-suite. Great stay - only negative was a large amount of ants that look like they’d been sprayed but not cleaned up in t he kids entertaining area. Otherwise immaculate house.

Wouldn't stay again

This townhouse is in a great location to the beach, but when we arrived we found it to be very untidy outdoor BBQ area was a mess,sink was dirty had food left in it and dish rack was absolutely disgusting ,microwave had not been cleaned,hair in with drinking glasses,dishwasher was broken,no dish washing detergent ,fridge needed cleaning before l could put my food in it, the dirt under the couch looked like it hadn't been vacuumed for long time. When l called management they asked me if was happy to clean it myself ARE YOU KIDDING ME !! I came here to have a holiday not to spend time doing house work .When you order linen before you arrive ( which costs extra) for beds you have to make all beds yourself I have never been to any other rental property or motel where you had to make your own bed !!

Fantastic stay at Amaroo

Stayed in September (4 adults 2 toddlers) and had a wonderful time. Very well equipped, lovely and spacious. Very clean. Booking service very friendly. Short walk to the beach and quick drive into town. Love that it's dog friendly too!
