The Residences at Bachelor Gulch, formerly known as Timbers Bachelor Gulch is a five-star, luxury, hotel/condo timeshare property with full amenities of its own as well as shared access to the amenities of its its sister property, the adjacent Ritz Carlton, which include: heated pool, multiple outdoor jacuzzis as well as indoor jacuzzis and the famous "grotto", game room and two exercise rooms (one at The Residences at Bachelor Gulch (Timbers,) another at The Ritz Carlton). The property lobby is beautiful with full-time desk attendants, bellman and dedicated concierge staff and a ski-room that provides full ski valet and storage service. Twice daily maid service is included in the rental fee as well as valet parking for one car. Timbers Tykes room, game room with pool table, outside fireside terrace, business center and two outdoor jacuzzis and fire pits for roasting marshmellows and socializing. Live outdoor music is a regular occurrence.....a very fun summer or winter mountain experience. In-Room Dining Service is not available at The Residences, but the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch has multiple dining options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

All bedrooms are generously sized; two bedrooms have king-sized beds and the third bedroom has two full beds, all with ensuite bathrooms, and the living room has pull-out sofa. Luxurious bedding on all beds. The two master suites bathrooms each have separate tub/showers and double sinks - the third bathroom has a tub/shower combination and single sink. There is also a half bath (powder room) off the living area. Kitchens and bathrooms have granite/marble and high end cabinetry and appliances. The floor plan has one master on one side of the living area and the second master and third bedroom down a hallway that offers extreme privacy. Hardwood floors in living room, kitchen, dining room and hallways; carpet in all bedrooms.


The Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch Hotel is physically connected via underground tunnel to Timbers and shares its amenities with Timbers guests. All Ritz amenities, except for in-room dining, are available to Timbers guests at no additional charge. Access to the amazing Ritz spa and its famous grotto is free to Timbers guests --the luxurious spa treatments can be booked at additional fees-see their website for a menu of services offered. Ritz heated outdoor pool and jacuzzis and fitness center as is their fire pit. also available to Timbers Guests. Several on-site restaurant options as well as a lively, warm and welcoming lobby/bar are are located at the Ritz Carlton and are available to Timbers guests. Additional shopping and restaurant options are located in Beaver Creek (5-10 minute shuttle ride) for which free shuttle service is provided on a continuous basis from either the Timbers or Ritz lobbies.
