Home with high end finish levels in Beaver Creek. One of the closest ski in/ski out properties in all of beaver creek. Imagine putting on your boots on the back deck, grabbing your equipment from the exterior ski closet then going only 30 yards to get on the chair. Even better at the end of the day. The 2 lifts behind our condo are Riverfront Express 7 (Gondola) and Beaver Creek Mountain Express 15.

It doesn't get any better! Set up for a family or a group of friends. Owned, rented & operated by Doug & Linda Manner - no third party management company - ever!!!

Ski rental & lift ticket sales on premises.

Beaver creek ski resort area is renowned for it's varied terrain perfection in grooming, large snow falls, ski and snowboard schools. The ice skating rink is located in the center of the village. Snowmobiling is available, as well as sleigh rides and sledding. You can even go dog sledding or hot air ballooning! You can also ski with a ranger on a 45 minute ski tour. Twilight snowshoe tours are available from the Nordic sport center. Don't forget rail jam in front of McCoy's. You can travel to east vale to enjoy ice climbing. The Beaver Creek family challenge is lots of fun. Each team races throughout the village and must perform crazy physical and mental challenges. Don't forget the spa! The beaver creek ski & snowboarding school is open daily from 8-4:30. Adult ski school offers group and private lessons. The lift ticket office is open from 8:30-4:30. Cross country skiing is available from Strawberry Park chairlift at Mccoy Park.

Summer in Beaver Creek and the vail valley is an amazing place! You can explore golf, biking, hiking, scenic chair lift rides, bowling, Beaver Creek Rodeo series, farmers' markets, horseback riding, hot air ballooning, tennis, concerts, rafting & kayaking, hummer & jeep tours, biplane rides, and Colorado ski museum. Children's activities include Beaver Creek Kids Camp, discovery camp, adventure camp, 5-star camp, Beaver Creek Children's Museum, beaver creek children's theatre, ice skating, Beaver Creek stables, bungee trampoline & climbing wall, family movie night, day care, miniature golf and playgrounds. The game garage is located next to the Dusty Boot restaurant - it's a video game arcade and game room for kids ages 10-17.

There are several golf courses scattered throughout the Beaver Creek, Vail and surrounding areas.

Besides the obvious convenience to ski lift, lift ticket office, and rental office, the place was spacious and comfortable for a family of six.

Beaver Creek Landing - skiing

Great spot with easy access to the mountain. Chair lift right outside the door and an easy trail to ski back to the condo. We’ve stayed in this building before and will be back. This unit is perfect and pleasant.

This is a true ski in ski out property - convenient to everything including the rental shop and the bus stop that will take you all over the resort. The property contact was very responsive. We loved our stay and would book again!

Beautiful and well equipped condo in a complex that has a pool, hot tub, fitness room, fire pit and game room only steps away. An underground garage, ski lift right out the patio door, organized and easy to work with owners - what more could you ask for?

LOVED this place!! When I tell you that it has the comforts of home, it truly has the comforts of home. Nothing went overlooked. Super clean & equipped well. They provide everything you might need and then some! It doesn’t get more convenient than this location.

Wonderful Winter Stay

Linda’s rental was perfect. The condo has to be one of the closest to a lift in Colorado, you can literally ski to the back door. The beds and furniture were very comfy. Everything you could need was provided in the house: nice cookware, seasonings, condiments, movies, games and lots of extra bedding. Covered parking in the garage and lockers were a big plus. We stayed as two couples and had plenty of room. I highly recommend this rental and will be back.

Perfect Holiday for skiing

This property is right beside the chair lift and you can be on the mountain skiing in 5 mins. Coming back for lunch was so convenient and it helped us save some money. The shuttle every 12 mins to Beaver Creek Village was great, we enjoyed dinner, shopping and even got the kids ice skating. We loved being able to come back and sit by the fire and just soak in the day with the family. Can't wait to come back next year. Thanks Linda.

Exceeded expectations!

This Beaver Creek condo exceeded our expectations. It was large and comfortably decorated with a well equipped kitchen. The space was perfect for our family of four. It is truly ski in ski out with lift 15 just steps from the balcony. Very convenient to drive to Avon or Edwards were there were many great dining options. And seamless communication with Linda, the owner, questions always answered in a timely manner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great Location

Great location and trip. Very well stocked condo all the way down to spices to cook with! The only negative is we have a newer snowboarder in our family and the lift right outside our door didn’t go to greens that were open. Would definitely stay here again but this time we didn’t get to use the “ski in ski out” due to runs not being open to the bachelor gulch area. We went early in the season though. If you are going mid season that shouldn’t be an issue.

Mountain getaway

This condo is even better than the pictures! Beautiful location, condo equipped with everything you could need for a summer or winter visit. Location is amazing, couldn’t ask for anything more. I want to come back to ski, literally steps from lifts. All in all, a great trip! One note, at least in the summer, parking limitations seem less restrictive than described. We couldn’t find anyone working at the desk to give us a parking pass for the first two days, but left a note on our car and it was fine. That was the only small stressor we encountered. I’m sure it’s more strict during the ski season.

Great Condo

Our family stayed in this condo during our son’s 2013 winter break. The condo is perfectly provisioned, and the owners were more than accommodating- they even helped us arrange for the condo to be stocked with groceries of our choice prior to our arrival! The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are beautiful, and the condo is extremely clean. We loved skiing to the back door at the end of the day and walking just a few steps to the hot tub before heading out for dinner. The location and amenities of this condo take all the hassle out of a ski vacation (rental shop in the building, staffed lobby if you want to ship gear ahead of time, outdoor ski locker that is ridiculously close to the lift, quiet building, great kitchen, shuttle service to all areas of the village, etc.). We hope to be back one day soon. I highly recommend this unit; it was a big contributor to what ended up being a great family vacation.

Amazing attention to detail

This was our first time staying away from the village and we were not disappointed. This particular condo literally had everything you could ask for. We have stayed in other really great places and this one just had more - the towels were great to the floor mats to full spices and kitchen stocked including condiments. Even had a case of batteries to help if needed. We have a house that we rent out and this place gave us some ideas how to step it up a little Location was nice right outside the lift. It’s always hard to tell but it is better to ski in when snow is plentiful as our first day was a bit bare ( we were there Dec 22-26). 1st floor made it easy - door codes so minimal key usage - only challenge was the gym was nearby and had an enthusiastic gym member banging weights late at night. - that was quickly remedied by a quick polite chat- they just didn’t know. Overall with on demand shuttle and the BC sports rental shop conveniently next door it was overall a great stay. We would like to stay here again

True Ski-In Ski-Out

9th year in Beaver Creek for Spring Break and this is the best place yet. We have stayed at the Ritz and Horizon Pass for more than double what we paid here and this was much easier to get in and out of! Literally the lift is just a few steps from your balcony. Great location of the condo itself being on the first floor and being able to walk out directly to the lift. Also, great location of the complex in Bachelor Gulch. We prefer that area because it is less crowded. But if you want to go to the village, it's on the shuttle route and to top it off the complex is the first drop off and last pick up. So, no waiting. Very short shuttle drive to the village. The condo itself has everything you could ever need. The kitchen has spices that are updated annually, crock pot, multiple types of coffee pots, etc. So if you want to stay in and cook, you have everything you need. Washer and dryer in the unit and even have drying racks for your clothes, spray and wash (my husband got spaghetti sauce on his shirt) and lint rollers, etc. They have literally thought of everything. The unit itself is very nice and comfortable. The owners were great to work with when we thought we were going to have to stay an extra day due to weather. We will definitely be booking for next year!

We've retired and live in Dallas, Texas - Doug was in the oil business and we lived in Denver twice. We fell in love with the mountains and manage to make it to the condo several times each year. We love it there!

Why they chose this property

We love this location - both winter and summer, it makes a perfect get-away!!! We live in Texas, so the summers are pretty hot. Going to Beaver Creek in the summer is like a dream come true! It's perfect - pretty warm during the day, but cool in the mornings and evenings. Obviously, in the winter, it's the perfect location, since you are so close to the lifts. However, you are also soooo close to everything else. Edwards is 6 minutes away, Avon - only 4 minutes away and Vail is only about 14 minutes away. Amazing restaurants, cute little shops, and there are so many activies to take part in all year round! I hope you enjoy our oasis as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

Some of the events that take place in the area are as follows: January typically brings the Tallons Challenge, and the Master Chef Challenge sponsored by Bon Appetit. April offers the Vail Film Festival, events have spread throughout the Beaver Creek area. In the month of May, is the Blues, Brews & BBQ festival. June brings the Suzuki Institute for 2 weeks. July 4th offers a celebration with lots of activies. The Rocky Mountain Antique Festival and the Annual Beaver Creek Arts Festival are both in July. August offers the Wine & Spirits Festival, the Vertical Ascent Race and the Trans Rockies Run. September brings Oktoberfest and the Oktoberfest Shuffle. Throughout the winter months, you'll find the Beaver Creek Race Series and the Crystal Gtotto. Beaver Creek Rodeo takes place weekly every Thursday during the summer. You'll also find various culinary demonstrations, concerts, symphony performances, opera and theater throughout the year.
