Welcome to your ocean-view Caribbean home away from home at Point Pleasant Resort, B19.

This completely renovated 1-bedroom ocean-view villa offers beautiful water and island views, an open layout, and a large wraparound balcony for a relaxing St. Thomas getaway. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families, B19 sleeps up to 4 guests and is conveniently located in the middle section of the resort with parking right outside the villa.

The villa features a king bedroom, a newly renovated bathroom with access from both the bedroom and kitchen, and a spacious living area with large sliding glass doors opening onto the wraparound balcony. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed during your stay, and indoor dining for 4 offers beautiful views. Guests can also enjoy outdoor dining on the balcony while taking in the Caribbean scenery. Free Wi-Fi and a comfortable open floor plan make B19 a welcoming home base for your island stay.

B19 offers easy access to the resort while still providing a peaceful setting with beautiful views. Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. The resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay. Shuttle service operates throughout the 15-acre property.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. We also recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance for added peace of mind.

All we had hoped for!

Perfect condo for grandparents with 10 year old grandson! Very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, exceptional views on wrap around patio, great pools, enjoyed the restaurants on property. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect week! Vincencia and her staff were extremely helpful and enjoyable! Easy check in and check out. A short walk to Coral World. We found getting around by safari vehicles so much better than renting a car! Drivers were very pleasant and helpful! We rode safaris so often that the drivers began to recognize us as regulars. Lots of memories to take home!!

This unit has the best view. The drive up to the condos is SCARY!! This resort is not for people with mobility issues. Some steps don't have handrails and are made of uneven rock. It was so hot that we couldn't enjoy sitting outside too much. The condo is very comfortable. I shared the king bed with my Aunt and it is so comfortable we never felt each other move. My daughter was with us for 2 nights and used the sofa bed. It needs to be upgraded. The mattress is horrible . Glad she only was with us for the 2 nights. I wouldn't want someone to stay longer on it. The kitchen is workable. It could use a bigger fry pan and we had no kitchen towels so used a bath towel and washcloth. 2 of the beach chairs were usable but really could be replaced. The 3rd was broken. The office was quick to respond when we requested t.p. and shampoo. It would be nice to have full size bottles of shampoo and conditioner since swimming in the ocean every day means washing hair every day. We bought and left a bottle of conditioner. Loved the handmade hand soap. We ate a breakfast and dinner down at the waterfront bar and grill. It was good! Wish there was more beach. There really isn't one.

Amazing place

I never left my review from last July.. in the midst of covid ... I was worried this was going to be a boring trip because of all the restrictions but it was the best time. We had a great stay here. The room is just like the pictures and the balcony has the best view. We spent alot of time just on the wrap around balcony watching the ocean. There are great beaches close by and even one on property. The one on the property is small but if you Swim out it's great snorkeling. There is a bar/restaurant on site as well (due to covid the other restaurant was closed) and the employees were fantastic. We went most nights after our outings and our son played in the water right off the steps while we had a few drinks. He fed the fish and found conch shells. The staff even gave him scraps to feed the fish. I can't say enough how awesome they were. The only issue we had was flooding in the bathroom from a leak and we called and the maintenance he didn't come til the next day to fix it. But it didn't ruin our trip or anything just a small leak which is now fixed. The room was clean and beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable. We went parasailing close by and snorkeling from Red hook which is also super close. Coral world can be seen from across the bay and is also a short drive. It was the most convient location on the island. I liked that everything wasn't overly crowed due to the pandemic but everyone was still so friendly. Perfect home away from home. Thanks to the owner for allowing us to stay here. I wouldn't of had it any other way. I am sure we will be come again.

We loved this property! From the kind staff, to the meandering stairways & pathways, to the VIEWS from our room, 3 pool options and onsite casual dining - it was a perfect vacation for our little family. The beaches on property aren't really for hanging (Sugar beach is very rocky - but still beautiful!) but Coki beach is maybe a 10 minute walk. We were conveniently located on the island so that everything (lots of restaurant and nightlife options in Redhook) was a short car ride away. The venue facilities aren't super up-to-date, but everything is clean and quaint... which kept us and our two boys very comfortable for our stay. The condo itself was perfect for the four of us, but if you don't want to be in the same room with your kiddos (or another couple) it's really only fit for 2. The kitchen was stocked minimally (but perfectly IMO) for anything you need to make a quick meal and we suggest eating breakfast outside on the porch. We loved this place!
