Add highly rated beds according to a major consumer magazine, beautiful new furniture including stainless steel appliances, new walk in shower in second bedroom bath, new OLED 55 inch curved TV with HDTV stations and lots of sports programming, free calls to US & Canada and free WiFi in unit, in the lobby, and around the pool.
Private concierge will shop for you (extra cost involved) and/or make arrangements for you. Resort Concierge is also available to make restaurant and Tour reservations.

Great stay!

The property was clean, well-appointed and had a beautiful view! Oscar’s margaritas and homemade guacamole/ pico de gallo were a wonderful surprise and a lovely welcome. We would recommend this unit for sure!

Great Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at La Estancia. The condo was great. The guacamole and Margarita Appetizers upon arrival were a nice touch. The furnishing and location of the condo were as advertised The owners, Susan and Alan, could not have been more helpful during our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Superb location, property and suite!

We stayed for 10 days and loved every minute of it. We spent our days playing pickleball, lounging on the beach and strolling the town of Cabo San Lucas. The courts were rarely used (other than by us), the beach was heavenly (very clean and with very few people selling things), and the town was a quick 10 minute walk. We.cant say enough about the suite. We especially like the renovations, the hospitality and the daily cleaning.

Perfect Condo at a Gorgeous Resort

This was our second time traveling to La Estancia in Cabo and we loved every second of our time there. The condo is beautifully appointed with very comfortable mattresses, tv's in every room and all the mini appliances you could ask for. Susan, the owner, went above and beyond making our stay memorable and we are very grateful for the hospitality. We had a key point of contact at the resort for any issues or needs however there were none. La Estancia is a wonderful, safe, clean resort with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. A all around.

Nothing short of perfection!

The views are spectacular, the property is perfect for our group, many of the other resorts are filled with college party’s, but ours was quiet and staff was all so friendly! Run don’t walk to Cabo! We absolutely loved our vacation. Only sad part was leaving!

This villa is amazing!! Great views, awesome patio, every amenity you could think of is supplied for you in the villa. Susan is wonderful and a great communicator. Oscar made us margaritas and guacamole upon our arrival - fantastic! We will definitely be back.

Fantastic!

We can’t say enough about our experience in villa 1606! From the beginning, we had excellent communication from the owners who were always available to answer any questions. Susan also provided great restaurant recommendations that we took advantage of. The condo itself was beautiful, and the resort as a whole was exceptional. The staff were all so kind and welcoming, always ready to help in any way they could-especially the pool staff. We had a great time and were sad to leave-and already thinking about a return visit next year. Thanks Susan!

Beautiful views inside and ot

The place is excellent with two bedrooms an a huge living room and huge balcony. We cooked a lot there as well as enjoying the fine dining downstairs. The market at the hotel next door(200 feet away) has everything needed to cook. Theres also a sports bar at the connected property next door, and they were quick to get the games we wanted on. The pools are fantastic, swim up bars and good food. Great location, only minor thing is Uber will only pickup at the front gate, which is a 3 minute walk from the front of the building. Uber does leave off at the front of the building though.

Excellent condo and resort

This was our first trip to Mexico. Our group consisted of 2 adults, 2 kids and 1 teen. The condo is absolutely fabulous - everything is as described or better. Great views of Land's end from the terrace. Conveniently located to everything. Clean kept with daily maintenance. Pantry was stocked with all basic items needed for our short stay. The resort itself was very upscale with great pools and restaurants. The beach was nice, but almost no room for the kids to play in the water as there is a big drop and a heavy current. The owner was nice to check with us before the trip and in addition to other things recommended several restaurants that were all excellent choices (it was hard to tell that by looking at reviews of the same places on Internet travel sites). Overall very pleasant experience and I'd happily recommend this particular unit to anyone.

Amazing Holiday Getaway

We couldn't have asked for a better property for our family! The location is perfect, the home is exactly as advertised - so clean, so comfortable, and just phenomenal overall. We are so pleased we found it, and the owner was delightful to work with. She was prompt in her messaging, and helped us find local places to eat (all recommendations were amazing), how to navigate getting groceries, and our private concierge, who was fantastic. I can't recommend this listing enough...we would come back again and again!

Beautiful Property - BEST Family Vacation

We have stayed at multiple properties in Mexico, including three different Villa properties, and this one certainly did not disappoint. Susan, and all her connections for concierge, transportation, etc., are awesome and very communicative. We had a little hiccup with our flight (missed our connection), which delayed our arrival by 24 hours, but Susan's contacts for transportation & concierge were quick to adjust plans for us. The fresh pico de gallo, guacamole and margaritas were fantastic upon arrival. The grocery order was also incredibly convenient. The condo was very clean with all the amenities (and more) one would need for the week. The pools and beach area were great, on-site dining options fantastic, and proximity to town/restaurants/attractions was also great! Absolutely zero complaints, and a fantastic family vacation!

Beautifully kept and remodeled condo!

This condo is kept in tip-top shape. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated in a California modern theme. The location and views from the balcony are stunning. You have a stunning view of Medano Beach and the fantastic rock formations and the night lights of the boats and yachts all lit up at night. What could be better than that! The staff will do their very best to make things run smoothly and keep everyone happy! The best team ever! very best to keep happy!

Hidden Gem in Cabo

Sue the property owner was a pleasure to work with prior to coming down. She definitely set us up for a glorious trip with her recommendations on where to eat and things to do. Isabella our concierge was amazing getting us reservations to wherever we wanted to go. The grounds are beautiful m, staff super friendly and I love how everyone says Welcome Home when we returned to Villa La Estancia. We will be back and highly recommend staying here

We are both originally New Yorkers but we haved lived in the Brentwood section of Los Angeles with our teenage daughter for many years where we own and operate several well established businesses.

Why they chose this property

We started visiting Cabo in 2008 and almost immediately fell in love with Villa La Estancia, returning year after year until we purchased our own unit in 2015. Villa La Estancia is a luxury resort but is VERY reasonable in price when compared with other resorts of the same level. The swimmable beach and beautiful pool with swim up bar just add to the experience. There are a number of restaurants on property including a fine steakhouse, called La Casona, which in the mornings is a lovely breakfast/brunch spot.
