Modern villa basement

Thank you for your review Petra. However, you make such false and prejudiced claims. Our basement apartment is newly renovated with all furniture newly acquired, a fully equipped 2 bedroom as seen in the pictures, regular inspections by anticimex, and we have successfully hosted for 5 years, our reviews can attest to that. You at check out left unfinished food all over the house, on the table, in the fridge, unwashed dishes in the kitchen sink, and garbage of over a week under the sink even though the garbage box was just outside the door. You left the apartment in a bad state. We have maintained cleanliness of the apartment and so have many of our previous guests but you treated the apartment with so much disdain, it’s appalling. You stayed there for a week and i continuously checked in with you and your friend if all was okay and you always answered in the affirmative. Your friend was given support when she complained of cold from the weather. Extra towels were given at your request and the entire house was made comfortable for you including a smart TV where you could access over 51 international stations, Netflix and YouTube. Yet you attempted making a purchase on my Apple TV account without permission. I knew this because I was notified through my phone. And may I ask what part of the construction was unfinished? Can you specify? What did we do wrong and what warranted your malicious response? All we did was to give you a comfortable place to stay, yet you make very false claims. It’s not okay. Regards, Tolu
