This family-friendly unit is located in a prime position on the 7th level of the popular St Tropez Building.

With secure access, a lift in the building, use of the 1/2 size tennis court and swimming pool with spa, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is perfect for that quick weekend getaway or family holiday.
All necessary items are provided to make your stay enjoyable including a large balcony for you to relax on with your morning coffee or after a busy day, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, and an internal laundry with dryer. The main bedroom also has a TV. Ceiling fans are in the living area and the main bedroom. Park the car in the garage and take a stroll into The Entrance town center and all the amenities The Entrance has to offer: Cafes, Restaurants, Shopping Centre, patrolled beach and The Entrance Ocean pools.
Alternatively, you can walk the opposite direction to Blue Bay, Toowoon Bay and the beautiful beaches here on the Central Coast.
You won't be short of choice for swimming or relaxing on the beach with a book.

The property is located just over an hours drive from Sydney, north via the M1 or Newcastle, south via the M1. If you wish to leave the car at home whilst on holidays, there are multiple buses available from town to access different parts of the Central Coast

I was a little concerned after reading few reviews that disputed the cleanliness of the appartement but apart from few dust bunnies in hard to reach areas everything else was good the unit is old but well furnished and maintained the bedding was comfortable and clean and extra pillows and covers available if needed. Two TV units in the apartment both oldish if you are used to smart TV and there is a DVD player and stereo unit with lovely artwork on the walls. Six burner BBQ on the balcony and a six seats table as well as a lot of cutlery in the kitchen. There is a kettle, electric frypan, toaster, small sandwich press and everything clean and tidy. The shower recess is very small and hard to figure out where was the hot water switch to get to shower. There is a pool and tennis court in the building (shared) Communication with the strata manager was a bit disappointing as all we got was a bunch of keys and an envelope without labels or instructions. I even had to figure out where was the parking lot entrance and where was our spot and to test all the different keys to know which keys opened what. At the end of our stay when we had to return the keys the office was closed (public holiday) and I followed the instructions left about where to drop off the keys if office not attended and tried to call the number provided to contact manager only to be redirect to a voice message bank and few hours later I received a message telling me that I'm late in returning the keys while driving back home few hundred kilometres away. All sorted after but again still very disappointed in the Communication process

Needs to be renovated
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment needs a renovation and needs to be clean. The bathroom had mould and overall appeared to be dirty. The location and view is the only thing going for this place.If you would renovate this apartment we would come back.
