Less than 2.7 miles from Notre Dame Stadium and a few minutes walk to Saint Mary’s College. Holy Cross College is about a 3 minute drive on N Michigan Drive so you are very centrally located! AC/Heat with a cozy fireplace room just off of a full family size kitchen complete with new dishes and cookware. Free WiFi and Cable TV! Onsite guest parking is free and you will have your on private garage if needed!

Enjoy the College Football Hall of Fame, Restaurants, & Shopping! Great for short or long term rental, ideal for returning alumni, faculty, sporting events, or a much needed family or friend reunion! Awesome Military Tribute Room!!!

Checkout: please place used food and trash into outdoor trashcan. Place the garage door opener on the kitchen counter.
Please lock and check to see if the front door is secure and verify the garage door is closed before leaving.
Please turn off all lights and place the thermostat at 74°, in the summer it’ may be appropriate to turn it off!

Great Location

Property was very CLEAN! which is most important. Host also provided complimentary travel size shampoos, conditioners, soap, plenty of towels and wash cloths. Property is very well maintained and very comfortable! Only negative was that we could not get the WiFi password to work. There were 6 of us in the house and none of us could get it to work so thinking it must have been changed and host forgot to update.

We rented the condo for graduation weekend. Everything about it was amazing. It was wonderful to go back to the condo after a busy day and relax: Michelle, the property manager was very accessible and accommodating. Thank you Michelle and Oren for making our experience so memorable.
