Booking Long Beach August 18, 2025-April 2026 READ DESCRIPTION PRIOR TO BOOKING

The Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, will be undergoing exterior renovations starting on August 2025, and which are expected to be completed by April 2026.

This project is a pre-planned renovation by the Home Owners’ Association and its management which includes repairs to balconies and building exteriors. Guests may experience disruptions, including noise associated with the renovation, limited access to some areas and pools, and temporary changes to entryways. Beach access and condo entry will remain available throughout the project. Beach Access is currently provided at Tower 1. Rates have been reduced for the renovation period.

This rental includes two beach chairs with an umbrella from March 01 through October 31, 2026.

During the month of March only the City of Panama City Beach restricts alcohol on the sandy beach and closes beach access between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. daily. Alcohol, however, is allowed at all pool areas during the month of March.

This condo has key-less entry. YOUR REQUESTED NUMBER OF CAR PASSES WILL BE IN THE CONDO ON THE DATE OF CHECK IN. YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION WITH YOUR DOOR CODE AND ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. The door code is emailed to the guest's personal email address used to book the condo.

There are (8) pool bands in the condo. Beach gate access code, internet instructions and contact information are posted in the condo.

This condo is located in Tower 3-901. Free Wi-Fi is included in the rental. Long Beach Resort is well known for the best floor plans on the beach! All rooms have Gulf Front View with floor to ceiling windows as does the living room and dining room. The primary bedroom and guest room with queen beds share an over-sized balcony. The second primary suite overlooks the Lagoon Pool and has its own private balcony. Each bedroom has it's own full private bath with garden tub/shower combination! Fresh and clean! Fully stocked kitchen and full-sized washer and dryer in the unit.

Conveniently located for quick access to shopping, restaurants and amenities. Long Beach Resort has the most beach frontage of any resort on the beach! Over 1300 lineal feet of sugar sand beach front!

The Lagoon Pool is located between Towers 2 and 3. The Polynesian pools are heated and are located between Towers 1 and 2 and 3 and 4. Each of the 3 pools has a hot tub. There is beach access from each tower. There are charcoal grills on the east end of Tower 1 and the west end of Tower 4.

The resort has 24/7 security and is fully gated at the street and the beach.
