Baywatch is a waterfront home located on a quiet sandy beach on the shores of Soldiers Point. It’s only an eight minute drive to Nelson Bay and within close proximity to all of Port Stephens' wonderful attractions and activities. Boasting the capacity to sleep up to 12 guests (MAX 10 adults), this four bedroom home featuring two self-contained levels for ultimate comfort and privacy, is the perfect holiday house to host your next beach get-away.

Baywatch is accented by high cathedral ceilings and open-plan living, and offers a superb layout with four living areas and three undercover outdoor entertaining areas, not to mention a sunny paved patio area that’s so close to the water’s edge you'll feel like you can throw a line in from your chair! Blessed with spectacular water views, this space is designed to suit all occasions, whether it be entertaining or quietly relaxing after a fun day of exploring the area or playing on the intimate beach in your own backyard.

On the ground floor, beachfront level (which has internal stairs to the first floor) there is a two bedroom self-contained style apartment with a living space off the second full kitchen and a large lounge room with a sofa bed. This fantastic space, complete with its own under-cover outdoor area and a sun drenched alfresco area, a bathroom and laundry, is ideal for a second family, extended family or friends to utilise and be totally self-contained.

There's even the option, for guests with mobility limitations, to reside on the entry level and not have to navigate stairs, as this level also features two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an outdoor balcony overlooking the harbour. Please note the driveway is suited best to 4WD access to the garage. It's short and steep. There is off street parking at the top without using the driveway for one car.

Baywatch also includes features like ducted air conditioning on the top main living level and master bedroom, a double garage with additional parking spaces, as well as expansive, glistening water views from all the living areas and the two king bedrooms.

Stay Port Stephens works with The Bay Butler.
Some of the luxuries you can enjoy are Platter/Boards, BBQ Packs, Picnics, Breakfast Boxes which can be added when you complete you Guest Agreement. Additional costs apply.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen. Doonas, blankets and pillows.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 10 ADULTS. There is a sofa lounge that will be added to accommodation guest 11 & 12- children only ($100).

BOND Baywatch has a refundable bond of $2000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

Additional costs when booking:
Sofa bed (children only) $100 per booking which includes towels and linen hire.
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($100 to $140). Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the property and location. Driveway/parking is a bit of a mess (only SUV/4WD can park here). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, besides one incident with customer service. I received a very aggressive phone call on our first night. We were accused of having a party and the representative accused us of having unnamed guests at the property. This was false and unsubstantiated. We actually had less people at the property (7 guests, 11 on the booking) and were not making excessive noise.The representative threatened to cancel out booking, kick us out and keep my deposit. The way she spoke to me was lurid. I think a simple heads up that a (obviously jaded) neighbour had made a complaint. We could then rectify by closing some windows or moving to a different space in the house. Instead, the rest of our stay felt quite tainted by this interaction. Ironically, we had the rest of our group the second night, but heard nothing from the company. Go figure.If you go to bed at 10pm, this will be the place for you, but if you want to enjoy the full amenity that you have paid for, proceed with caution.

Excellent Stay
The house was perfect for the family us and our 3 married children and their kid- 6years and 3 x18 month old. There was plenty of room and access to the quiet shady beach was perfect. It's an easy walk to Bannisters/Crazy Dog for coffee so we all had plenty of space and things to do. Shopping at Nelson Bay (15 minutes) was excellent with Coles Woollies etc. Several frides and cooking facilities.
