Set along the water with its unique landscaped front garden, two living spaces, ducted air-conditioning and large outdoor entertaining area, this is the perfect Family Beachhouse! Located in the heart of Ettalong Beach, only a short stroll to the shops, cafes, restaurants, cinemas, markets and Palm Beach Ferry.
Master bedroom contains a queen bed, ceiling fan and en suite with shower.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, built-ins and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 4 has two single beds and ceiling fan.
