Enjoy the relaxed central coast lifestyle. Leave the car in the garage. 2 minutes walk to the water, there s a coffee shop at the end of the street and it's a 10 minutes flat walk to the supermarkets, restaurants and cafes at Umina and Ettalong beaches.
Light and airy. Large open living space. Luxury bedding. Ducted air-conditioning throughout. Designer appliances, coffee maker (with pods supplied), kitchen well stocked with pots and pans, crockery and glassware and basic pantry supplies (such as tea, coffee, olive oil, food wrap).

Ensuite and walk in robe in the main bedroom. 2nd bathroom downstairs and guest WC upstairs. Laundry with washer and dryer and outside clothes line.
Separate study set up for working from home with desk, monitor and ergonomic chair rated for use for 8+ hours.
Surrounded by trees, very quiet and peaceful.
Main bedroom with queen sized bed. Other two bedrooms double bed each. All linen (other than beach towels) supplied.
Body boards and surfboards available for guest use.
Please note there are a set of stairs into the property and the bedrooms and living spaces are on separate floors so the property won’t suit someone who is not able to negotiate stairs.
The property has a grassed yard and covered outside deck. I am happy for guests to bring a pet provided that you advise me when booking and the pet is not allowed onto the furniture.

A very comfortable and user-friendly contemporary townhouse.Cathy has created, with loads of common sense, an excellent home for a one-week stay- or indeed any time frame.Around corner to beaches,; 2 min drive to Ettalong or Ocean Beach shopping villages.Thank you Cathy, for accomodating us in your lovely oroperty
Very clean, large property for 6 adults. Everything we needed was provided. We are 3 older couples and two of our party had had recent surgery and found the stairs a bit of a challenge so just be aware that there are two sets of stairs into the property totalling about 30 steps. Short drive to restaurants,and shops.
We loved the location, easy to navigate anywhere. Garage was so convenient and large enough for our bikes too.

Very spacious and well appointed property. Only a few minutes easy walk with children to a beautiful off-leash dog beach.

Nice clean house to take a break away from home!
It was very clean and loved the fact that we could take our dog. He loved it and really enjoyed the little outdoor area outside on the grass.
The walk to the off leash dog beach was a 5 min walk.
The walk to the town centre and other little shops was too far for us to walk, so we just drove.
Nice big kitchen was great as we love to cook, being Italian :) Great that the host provided coffee pods, herbs, oils, paper towels, sugar, salts, etc.

A fantastic retreat from the city, close to the beach, shops and cafes. Lots of room to relax and everything is clean, comfortable and convenient. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!

Why they chose this property
I love the location because it is quiet, but amenities such as supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible.
It's an easy 80 minute drive from Sydney but turning off at Kariong and driving through bushland it feels like the city is a long way away.
The townhouse is situated where the ocean starts to become a bay. Swimming out the front is very safe, with very small waves, but it's only 5 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk along the water to a surf beach which is great for kids and beginners.
The property itself is spacious and has everything I would want in a holiday home or permanent residence. I chose this townhouse in the block because it is private, with filtered water views through gum trees. It also has an L shaped yard which is suitable for pets as well as a double garage so plenty of room for surfboards.
