Master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, built ins and ensuite with shower. Bedroom 2 contains a queen bed, ceiling fan and built in. Bedroom 3 contains 2 sets of single bunk beds and built in.

Great location

Great beach house. Very close to all amenities, including Umina Beach Surf Club. We are going to book again. Only negative was no shade options in the outside courtyard... in the middle of summer, it meant we could only sit outside early morning, due to sun then mosquitoes!

Easter staycation

Great villa in a wonderful spot! Across the road from the bowling club (great dinner), and a quick stroll to the beach, cafe, playground and surf club. Once you’re there you can leave the car and walk everywhere!! Villa size was great, 3 bedrooms with comfy beds. Two bathrooms was handy and enjoyed the updates to some of the villa. Dog friendly, so our furbaby was happy and relaxed. Beaches and cafes dog friendly too. We were lucky that the beach markets were there the weekend we visited - another bonus. We loved our stay and look forward to returning.
