A lovely little cottage

Rachel’s cottage is lovely and cosy and in a perfect location for getting around the area. Rachel’s communications with us were excellent and we had a lovely stay.

Great Coastal Cottage

The property was beautifully presented, close to lots of places of interest, quite spacious, beds and bedding excellent and easily accessible for one person in our group who has some mild accessibility issues. We had a lovely 3 day stay at Ocean Beach cottage in Umina. Cottage was clean and had all the amenities we needed with our pet. The only negative would be the faucet in the bathroom needs repairing and the cottage needs a pest control as there were a lot of spiders outside, especially as we have a pet. Apart from that everything was lovely. Thank you for the stay.

Fabulous Property!

This quaint cottage is tastefully decorated as a beach house with every convenience of home. The owner has thoughtfully provided all amenities to create a mood of a "home away from home" and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. I would recommend this property particularly to those needing to rest and recuperate.

Sweet little sanctuary.

This was a very sweet little cosy accommodation, it was a lovely little sanctuary for myself, my young children & baby. We had everything we needed & the location was great for us to drive to town & the beach. The little outdoor area was lovely. We spent many evenings outside having dinner with a little fire in the outdoor chimmney. The beds were comfy & the host very kind & helpful.

Three nights at this quaint dwelling. Very clean and cozy with all you need at your fingertips. Close to everything and Rachel is a most helpful host, even FaceTiming to help sort out a IT issue! Would highly recommend a stay here if you’re in the Ettalong / Umina region!

Gorgeous cottage

What a wonderful little place this is! Quiet street, lovely shaded outdoor area with a green outlook and the inside is stunning! We really loved our stay. A delightfully furnished, clean, well appointed cottage. Quiet and super convenient location. We enjoyed access to the bike paths, cafes, beach and walks. Sweet cottage

5 stars. Lovely tidy and comfortable cottage equipped with everything you need to make yourself at home. Comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, well-equipped kitchen - indoor/ outdoor living. A gracious host, responsive to queries and cheerfully shared lots of tips about the area. We stayed for nearly 2 months - very happy to recommend to others and to stay again ourselves.
