Brixton Rise 3 - Beachfront Tugun

Brixton Rise 3 is located on the second floor in a small complex across from the golden sands of Tugun Beach. The unit has been updated with new tiles and carpet throughout and a fresh coat of paint.

It is very spacious, offering 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and cool tiled living/ lounge area capitalising on the stunning ocean views. The decor is modern and fresh and the well appointed kitchen comes complete with dishwasher. Ideally located across from Tugun beach, you will enjoy sitting back and relaxing on your private balcony, taking in the spectacular views. Access to the unit is by stairs from the ground level (no lift).

Leave your car in the lock-up garage and stroll just one block to central Tugun with a range of shops, cafes and restaurants and the Tugun Surf Club.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 13 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
