Tranquil Haven, 91 Persimmon Drive, Peregian Beach - Noosa Area

Come and relax by the pool in this quiet idyllic location.
This home is a typical Queenslander style. It is beautifully presented and freshly renovated.
It would suit one large family or two families. This relaxed coastal beach house is a great place for families and friends to get together. The home is located a few minutes drive from the village and the beach or you could walk to the beach in a matter of minutes. Its only a 10 minute drive to Noosa or 10 minutes to Coolum.

It is a four bedroom home with one of the bedrooms downstairs. The downstairs area contains a play area for the children, and a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
The large entertaining deck out the back is where you would spend a lot of time eating, reading and relaxing.
The yard is private and fully enclosed with a large and lush grass area perfect for play and a basket ball court.
Garage is not available for guest use but there is off street parking for 4 Cars. Sorry, No Pets.

Includes: Solar heated Pool, Out door shower, Office nook includes printer, scanner, Wi Fi- unlimited, Telstra TV with unlimited movies, Gas cooktop, Dishwasher, Microwave, Large entertaining deck, smaller decks for reading and snoozing. Adults and kids bikes available for use.

Perfect honeymoon stay

Really enjoyed our stay here and the property was wonderful and had almost everything we needed. It was clean and tidy and in the perfect location. We were disappointed that there were no sun loungers around the pool as we spent almost every afternoon by the pool. There was also a few wooden panels round the pool that need some attention as they were sticking up, other than that it was the most ideal place for us to enjoy and we really didn't want to leave x

Peregian holiday home

The property was far nicer than the photos gave credit to . The double bedroom downstairs needs a lot more attention to make it as comfortable as the bedrooms upstairs, not very nice at all 😒

A Very Comfortable Stay

Our family of 6, with adult and teenage "children" enjoyed our stay immensely. The property is very spacious, and having Wifi and Netflix included was a special bonus for our older children. The house was cleaned well and all the appliances were of great quality. We'd love to stay again.
