Offering its guests the ideal package with two bathrooms (one with a bath), undercover carport, iPod dock, LCD TV and DVD player and reverse cycle air-conditioning in the main living area. Open plan living with huge amount of space for the family to relax both indoors and outdoors, and ceiling fans throughout with a fully equipped kitchen for you to enjoy your home cooked meals. Relax in the garden settings and enjoy the outdoor, and undercover dining . Washing machine and dryer in separate laundry, and a fenced yard for the children to play securely. This property is a family favourite, you will be coming back every year to Rose Cottage!

It was great. Photos were a bit misleading as it looked like it was 3 bedrooms - two of which has 2 x single beds - not the case. Needs airing out - it's pretty musty in there.

Inside step VERY dangerous, my friend tripped and luckiy only broke a plate not a leg, TV remote very old needs updating. Whole cottage very dated and queen bed is .like sleeping on the side of a mountain

Reviewer Comments: Rose cottage is an excellent choice for families wanting to stay near the beach and be close to shops, cafe's, restaurants etc. The property was clean, well maintained, and included all the required amenities as was described on the website. The property management acted professionally by giving us a courtesy call prior to check-in to ensure the process went smoothly. I would have given 5 stars except for the planned 4 hr power outage by essential energy to remedy a power line to the property that we were not informed about. Despite this it was a fantastic stay and would recommend it to any family wanting to stay on the Coffs coast.

Things to be aware of: One bedroom definitely a kids room as it is walk through enclosed balcony with glass doors. Only 1 shower, only a bath in the other bathroom. Otherwise perfectly fine.

1970's vibe in great location

Property in good condition, clean and great location just back from main street and beach. Very spacious and well equipped kitchen. Only improvement would be curtains to separate sleepout from main area, as glass doors only divide. More of an issue if staying with friends or older kids.

Very pleasant home. Clean and well maintained with plenty of room to relax. Easy walk to all the "Sunny Sawtell" attractions (beach, coffee, club and pub)! Would be a 5 star rating.., if dishwasher was installed (owners please take note).
