Very nice!

We really enjoyed staying here. The condo was very nice, and we loved being so close to the pool. We also found it to be a very nice area for morning walks through the neighborhood. The area is close to shopping and restaurants. Only a few blocks from the Naples Zoo, the Post Office and the very large Coastland Mall. The owners were very kind to change the date for us, after my husband had a bad fall. We were so happy to vacation here, and would love to rent this condo again. Thank you!

Good location and right size

This is 2nd year we stayed here. This is quiet and great location for our needs. Building are not new so you hear noise from upstairs everytime he moves. Could have better cooking pan and baking cook wear. Maybe changing living room curtain makes more appealing/beachy feeling🤔 Manager responded quickly and resolved some minor issues. Overall we like this condo /pool / location. We will stay again. Appreciate ower let us stay.

Location, location

We spend this place for 3 years. Great location also very quiet here. We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, condo is having heating pool. So we couldn't use pool this year also last year as much as we liked. It could have some upgrades. But, Property manager was great, she always fix any issues right away. We do not have any issues staying here. I would recommend here.

Great location and quit neighbors

We really enjoyed staying there. Great location and quiet even though sometimes there are trafic noise but not too bad. Condo are old ,for sure i do advise deep cleaning , some up date, also you do hear the noise from upstairs everytime they walk. But it was great location, right size for us, quiet neighborhood. We did have couple issues and it needed to fix it. The management company did try to fix it as soon as possible. I did enjoy staying here and I am sure we will stay here again.

Not a good condo

We rented for 2 months, will never go back. one the place was very dirty it toke 2 days to clean two the dishwasher broke first week, the light in Master Bedroom never work, and last the garbage dispenser broke and they claim it on our insurance saying we had Clams waste in it, but we did not have seafood has we are allergic to it. So be careful they are trying to replace there appliance on your claim.

A Pleasurable Stay

Spacious and very clean condo with a great pool. Great location - walking distance to the beach and 5th Ave where there are a variety of very good restaurants & cafes. Highly recommend for either individuals or families. We loved it and will definitely go back!
