This Sea Ranch home features an ocean color motif and whitewashed cedar walls overlooking the Sea Ranch Golf Course. Drive into a cypress grove, which affords the home a park-like setting and privacy. The cypress trees open up at the house, allowing for blue sky views off the two back sunroom decks. A leisurely 5-minute walk will take you to the Bluff Trail on which you can walk the cliffs. Parking is open along the extended driveway, so park your vehicles on site and head inside.

The living room has several seating options gathered around an impressive fireplace and flat screen TV. Light a fire on a chilly night and get cozy on the couch with your loved ones. The TV is equipped with DirecTV and a DVD player perfect for ending the night with a movie. WiFi is also offered to ensure your comfort. A washer and dryer can be found handy for any swimsuits. A shared bathroom is right off the living room for all guests to share.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances you need to cook delicious meals. A built-in breakfast bar has seating for 3 and a dining table is steps away with seating for 6. Gather everyone for a home-cooked meal. A gas/propane BBQ is also on the back deck to grill burgers!

A private hot tub is ready for everyone to unwind and get lost in the beauty of nature. Turn on the jets and stargaze at night.

Dual master bedrooms are furnished with Queen-sized beds and have attached full bathrooms and a sun deck. The guest bedroom (which you enter off the back or front patio, similar to a granny unit) has 2 Twin-sized beds and a private bathroom. This room is ideal for singles or older children as it has its own private entrance. A small gas-burning stove adds to the ambiance of this bedroom with cushioned window seats.

The Sea Ranch is a planned community with over 3000 acres featuring: The Historic Sea Ranch Chapel, The Sea Ranch lodge (restaurant and shopping), a 50-mile trail system with 6 public beach access points, 18-hole golf course (open to the public), dog park, and 3 recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts (amenities vary with each center) for guest use. RV's, trailers, or mobile homes are strictly not allowed.

This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
