Two bedroom, two full baths and a loft with a queen size bed. A tri-level home with newly remodeled bathrooms and a beautiful deck to enjoy dinner, the ocean view, and soak in the hot tub.
Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, board games for adults and kids. Do a puzzle, read a book, or watch a movie. With so many walking trails, beaches, and places to explore you'll never get bored!
We love traveling with our dog, so we want you to be able to do the same! Please select traveling with pets when booking. We charge a $150.00 pet fee and do not allow more than 2 dogs.

We have 2 cameras located outside. On is behind the bbq area for capturing wildlife. The other is right outside the front door.

I had a wonderful stay. The home was welcoming and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and instructions were clear. It was great to have a SR map so I could plan my days. I loved the deer on the lawn, the sounds of the birds, watching the stars from the bed in the loft or while enjoying the hot tub, and the exquisite quiet of Sea Ranch. The home is on the east side of Hwy 1, and I was initially skeptical, but the blue water and some white water views were gorgeous, and I could hear the waves crashing. Thank you!

The hot tub goes into economy mode every so often and then the temp goes down, and we didn't figure that our for a few days, so we didn't always get to soak when we wanted to. Appreciate the pet-friendly flooring. Kitchen ware was pretty minimal. Could use an ottoman for the couch. Otherwise, very cozy and nice place to relax with our pets. Enclosed yard would be nice, or a gate on the stairs off the deck to keep dogs in.

We are a family of four with two kids aged 7 and 10. We have fallen in love with the Sea Ranch and all of its beauty. We love to travel and explore new places. At the Sea Ranch we have found that there are so many places to see, it's like a new experience every time we come! It was a dream of ours to be able to have a second home and we feel so lucky to have found such a beautiful place and are excited to share it with others!

Why they chose this property

We were really hoping to find a place with a beautiful view and we did! Our favorite things about this house are that it gets so much light on the sunny hill, yet behind us there are plenty of trees full of wildlife. Sitting on the deck and enjoying the blue waves is amazing.

What makes this property unique

We were pleasantly surprised by all the wildlife we see daily. There are many turkeys, hares, deer, quail, and so many birds. We have also been lucky enough to spot foxes and a bobcat. It’s lovely
to have a spot with a forest in the back yard and a beautiful open meadow ocean view in the front.
