This custom-designed, Sea Ranch-style home sits on the north end of town with westerly ocean views over commons. Here, you'll be just four miles from golf as well as Gualala Point Regional Park. This retreat offers easy access to the charming town of Gualala and beyond, while the scenic Coastal Bluff Trail, a six-and-a-half mile trail for all skill levels, is just a short stroll from your door.

Due to local restrictions, all Sea Ranch recreation centers are closed until further notice. Trails are still open.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Westerly Views

Beautiful getaway! The house is very spacious for 2 couples but is not really a three bedroom house for 3 couples. Third bedroom not set up as a bedroom.Very open plan. Upstairs bedroom completely open so noise from downstairs can disturb if resting or sleeping early in the evening. Beautiful bathrooms. Not a cosy house but great open views across the meadow to the sea.

The property was comfortable overall. Little disappointed that the wood stove wasn't available for use. showed in a photo. Definitely only good for 2 couples. The extra sleeping areas didn't look comfortable. Clean ocean viewing windows would have been nice!

Wonderful Views and Location!

We loved our stay at Westerly Views. The path to the Bluff trail is right out the back of the house and you can sit and watch the water from the back of the house - it was lovely to watch the rain coming and going for the weekend. The Hot tub was well maintained and the beds were really comfortable. This is really only a two bedroom with the second bedroom being in the loft with an open wall over the living room, the third bedroom is a walkthrough and has a pull down couch as the bed, probably best for kids. Decorations were sparse but the house was clean and comfortable once we got in and settled for our long weekend. We would stay again. There was little to comment on, but a few things should be mentioned for others before they rent. Note: There will be ants - all of the homes in Sea Ranch have ants. You have to keep your food up/or sealed in zip locks - they even get into cabinets. Keep Sugar in the FRIG. When we arrived at the house, it was obvious no one had stayed there in a while and the weeds were overgrown, blocking the path to the side door. We got into the house and there were ants all over, it was clear that the house had not been cleaned well - bit this is NOT an issue with the house, more the last cleaning crew. Also, we could not find the lights for the kitchen - the light switch for the overhead kitchen lights are located on the side of the kitchen counter/cabinets - took us a while to find them. I called Vacasa in town and they responded immediately with help and wanting to do what they could to make it more comfortable. They dispatched the maintenance crew for the yard and we found ant spray in the house and we cleaned up with vinegar and sprayed in a few spots. Vacasa was very accommodating and respectful of our concerns.
