Each bedroom has a view of the magnificent Pacific Ocean, so enjoy your coffee in bed while gazing out across the meadow. The private washer/dryer will help you stay on top of any laundry needs you may have during your stay. For golf lovers, you'll be about one and a half miles from the renowned Sea Ranch Golf Links and if you need to head to town for groceries, Surf Market in Gualala is just over two miles from your door. Fix a casual dinner in the open kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher for easy clean up. Top off the evening with some stargazing from the private hot tub. This is the perfect place to unwind and relax.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
