Identical to my other listing, Apt 402 with 5-star reviews. Light, modern & large apartment next to St. Pat s hospital. Soak in views of Mount Sentinel & downtown Missoula from the 2nd floor patio or relax in the spacious apartment. Next door is Draught Works Brewery, Olive & Iron fashion boutique, China Woods Antiques and Little McCormick Park. Three blocks on begins downtown s vibrant restaurant, brewery, and shopping scene. All this just a dozen blocks from the Orange St freeway exit.

Great spot for visiting Missoula

My family and I were visiting Missoula and this place was perfect! Close to downtown, the University and the airport. We will definitely stay here again on our trip to Missoula.

Comfortable and well equipped!

I have stayed in this property several times. It is a great location and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and makes it a breeze to whip up a leisurely breakfast. I plan to stay here again in the future.

Fabulous

We have stayed at Tini’s multiple times, and it is always a great experience! We come to Missoula several times a year, and this is our go to/home away from home. It checks all the boxes…super clean, well appointed, and very comfortable with a terrific location. Love it!

Christmas Visit

Mid-Summer Stay

I really enjoyed everything about this property. It was nicely furnished, thoughtfully stocked, and spotless. I also enjoyed the balcony and view towards the L. It is close to all my favorite downtown spots, and provided a perfect base for a month while I was coming and going to help guide river trips. It really was a delight—and I have rented properties in Missoula for years, couldn’t say this about some of the others!

Always a great experience

I have stayed in this vacation home multiple times and I will be back. It is as advertised, always. It is always well stocked so you don't have to buy things like coffee filters, sandwich bags or the like. Makes it nice because it feels like a home away from home. Great location with a wonderful coffee shop a block away.

Spacious and modern condo

Condo was very spacious for one bedroom and conveniently located within an easy walking distance to downtown but outside of the action. Well stocked with necessities and nice washer/dryer in unit. Worked great for my family.

Spacious and clean apartment in the heart of Missoula

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We stayed for two weeks. And, we plan to stay at the property again when we return to Missoula. Not only is it well cleaned, it is well stocked with plenty of cleaning supplies, kitchen equipment (We did quite a bit of cooking), toilet paper and very nice towels which many rentals do not have. It is light-filled and we sat on the balcony quite often.

Awesome apartment

Of all the VRBOs I have stayed in this one was without a doubt the cleanest, best equipped kitchen, and best owner communication. Had to extend stay and owner was extremely accommodating with our situation. If you are having a procedure at St. Patrick's or a traveling nurse this is the absolute perfect location.

Home away from home

This is my second stay in the property and I enjoyed it as much as I did the first time. Clean, comfortable and well appointed. Great location within walking distance of downtown and good parking. Kitchen is well equipped and the host provides coffee filters and other niceties that make it a great place to stay. There is a grocery store four blocks away and a coffee shop you can walk to. If you like Missoula and want a place you can chill when you aren't enjoying the city, this place is for you.

Impeccably clean, nice set-up apartment on second floor

this property is impeccably clean and very well stocked with amenities so need to run to the store for essentials which was a big help when you move in. My stay here was over 3 weeks and my suggestions is if you are a light sleeper as in my case, please find another property, you will have sleepless nights due to traffic noise, hospital helicopter, city train and parking lot snow removal done during nighttime sleeping hours. This is the only reason I gave this property a 4 star rating if the windows could be sound proof my review would be totally different. The location is great if you need to be close to the center city and are a heavy sleeper.

We came to Missoula to visit a friend, shop and dine. This was the perfect spot!

This apartment is clean, cozy, and quiet. Comfortable bed and linens. Tini (host/owner) was easy to communicate with. We had no issues during our stay. This was a nice, relaxing retreat after a couple of days of shopping and dining in Missoula. We would choose to stay here again!

Comfortable, convenient and well equipped

This is a well maintained, well equipped property. The location is literally minutes from downtown either by car or walking. Also nearby is a grocery store and gas station (the Fresh Market). The kitchen is equipped to actually cook in and in addition to having a nice drip coffee maker, the host stocks coffee filters. This might seem a small detail but this added convenience saves me from having to buy a whole package of coffee filters just for my stay. Lots of counter space in the kitchen. Both the queen bed and hide-a-bed were very comfortable. Bathroom counter was spacious as well, which is good if you are going to up to four people staying in the unit. There is an covered balcony with a couple of chairs and a die table off the living room that would be very pleasant in warmer weather (we stayed in December). Property manager reached out the day we got there to make sure we had everything we needed. I would stay here again.

The rental was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, spacious and everything was 5-10 mins away. Our host Tini paid special attention to detail making sure the apt was tastefully decorated and everything matched. We loved staying here. It definitely was “home away from home”. Missoula is my husband's hometown and we moved here five years ago to raise our family. I love sharing my adopted home to visitors. Its surrounded by amazing mountains to hike and bike and the food scene is wonderful too. I also love to travel around the US and the world, and I speak various languages as I was born in Malaysia and lived in Europe for more than a decade.

What makes this property unique

What I love about this apartment is it's sunny open layout and location close to everything. When we lived here, we would walk downtown to dinner or a concern. It's also a block from the hospital, three blocks from a supermarket, and just close to everything there is to love about Missoula.
