Ocean Beach Retreat Walk to the Beach

A beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 lounge, 2 dining, multiple balcony home located only 650 metres to the fantastic 16th Beach at Rye and General Store. In a very quiet area surrounded by native seaside flora and only a short drive to Rye Shops and tranquil Bayside beaches.

Please be aware that the Mornington shire has strict guidelines that effect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay and the behaviour and activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that we feel don't comply.

The Space:

Ocean Beach Retreat is an ideal family holiday destination. Located in a quiet position in Rye and only a very short walk to long stretches of sandy beach, ocean waves and the 16th Beach General Store and cafe where you can get your morning coffee before taking in the sights from multiple lookout points, walking tracks, expanses of rock pools and majestic bluffs.

The very inviting and comfortable house sleeps up to 8 guests in comfort with 4 bedrooms, 2 lounge areas, 2 bathrooms, 2 deck areas and a fantastic kitchen!

The Master Bedroom has a King bed and ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet.

Bedroom 2 also has a Queen bed.

Bedroom 3 has 2 Single beds.

Bedroom 4 has a Single bed, and full-sprung-mattress trundle.

The separate front lounge and dining room are spacious and comfortable with leather couches, large TV with Foxtel and relaxing dining for 8. Large windows and multiple glazed doors open the living areas onto elevated decks: one with a table and 2 chairs. The main living area includes a well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher as well as a casual sunny dining space and a comfortable family room with lay back leather chairs and a wood fired heater for comfort and ambience on those cooler nights.

The house has ducted heating and ceiling fans throughout, plantation shutters, reverse cycle A/C in the main part of the house, free Wifi, a laundry with washer and dryer and a large carport as well as driveway parking.

No Smoking

No Schoolies or Party style bookings. If you book and disregard the above then we reserve the right to cancel the booking, or ask you to vacate the premises immediately, with full loss of your payment.
